타이페이 시청역이 매우 가까운 도보 거리로 대충교통 이용이 편리함. 조식의 quality 는 별로인데 가격은 700 대만달러나 되어 너무 비쌈.

Everything was good. It was cold at night so I asked for a heater and they provided it quickly. But, the deposit that was supposed to be returned on the same day was not returned. I contacted the hotel twice but there was no response. Please reply or contact me.

Good location near metro and lots of restaurants. Very nice room with lots of space but no view of Taipei 101. Dryers in laundry room needs some work as it takes too long to dry your clothes.

Fantastic stay with our 15-month old. Having a kitchenette, a fridge and a microwave made preparing meals for our little toddler so much easier. Loved that they had a bed rail available for safe co-sleeping with our toddler. They also have high chairs and cribs available on request. Housekeeping lady was super sweet, and front desk was mostly helpful. Walking distance to malls, restaurants, and train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Hanns hotel was excellent. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Taipei 101 and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was very attentive and quick with any questions or requests we had. We stayed in a room with a great view!

The hotel overall is ok. Nothing stands out as a stark negative or positive. The staff was friendly enough but weren’t particularly helpful or hospitable. On the first night, we were all dead tired and someone knocks on our door, turns out one of the staff was delivering towels but we didn’t order towels so they apologized for getting the room wrong. Innocent mistake, but I couldn’t fall back asleep. The rooms and gym were all clean. The dryers in the laundry room were horrible, didn’t work at all and I needed to line dry all our clothes, they only refunded me half of the laundry fee.

Very nice hotel with good location near metro and Taipei 101. Easy access to many good restaurants. Hotel gym is great with good equipments. Also convenient self service laundry room. Staff is courteous and professionals.
