Bellissima esperienza da Casacool. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile, allegra e disponibile. Ottima la colazione, ricca di frutta (la frutta è disponibile anche durante la giornata). La camera è comoda e pulita, con un grande balcone che gira attorno alla struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Accueil extraordinaire, on se sent comme à la maison. Tout est très cool et relax. Petit déjeuner super. Emplacement top : plage, restaurants, boutiques, marché de nuit tous accessibles à pied. Les meilleurs tarifs pour les excursions sont proposés ici pour ceux qui sont là pour ça.

This is a lovely place to stay. If we come to this area again, we will for sure book here again. As others have said, the ladies running it are as lovely as can be. And yes, they really will wash your clothes. Breakfast was great. Eggs any way you want them. Toast and pastries. And tons of fruit. Mangos, watermelon, pineapple, and a couple more. It will for sure fill you. The the hotel is an old Thai style. The stairs are too steep. But you won't care. The things that matter are all there. A very comfortable mattress, clean bathroom, and large rooms. Water pressure can be low in prime time. But can be cured by adjusting your shower time a little earlier or later. Bathrooms are large. Whatever little small faults it may have, you won't care at all, because of the loveliness of the ladies running it. And they took us to the bus stop after checking out without us asking. Directed us to the right massage. And a good scooter rental. If you book, I'm sure that you will want to return also.

Older, retired single traveler from the USA in Khao Lak for 2 weeks. Good location for shopping, eating, beaches and massages. Good value for the money, but the true value here is the staff and their willingness to help in any way possible. Breakfast is an amazing assortment of fruit, eggs, breads and yogurt with muesli. Big, clean, comfortable rooms with good WiFi (a bit on the dark side for us older travelers but when I mentioned this the staff provided an additional lamp for a dark corner). A large comfortable bed, but the chairs could use some felt pad sliders to prevent the sound of moving chairs above and below rooms. Free laundry provided which is helpful for longer stays. A lot of stairs so if mobility issues are a problem this might not be the place for you. Daily cleaning and towels. Awesome experience and I would do it again!

Super freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei unserem 3. Besuch hat sich die Inhaberin rührend um uns gekümmert, viele Strände gezeigt, die wir immer noch nicht kannten. Frühstück seht liebevoll zubereitet mit reichlich Obst.

Great little hotel, excellent owner, lovely rooms, in a good accessible area

Kai and her team go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel rooms are clean and cosy and everything works, housekeeping is daily with fresh towels and bedding changed regularly. Laundry is free and Kai will also take you to local beaches including coconut beach which was our favourite, she will also lend you a motorcycle. The breakfast is good with eggs, cheese and nice bread and lots of fresh fruit. This is a budget hotel, but with all the added extras very good value indeed.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Sehr gute Lage. Zu Fuß ist vieles schnell und gut zu erreichen. Kay war einfach sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das haben wir in keiner anderen Unterkunft bisher erlebt. Sehr ruhig aber trotzdem mittendrin. Wir werden unbedingt wiederkommen. Danke und macht bitte weiter so. Liebe Grüße Jörg und Markus

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights further to the glowing reviews we’d read. I can attest that Kai is the loveliest and most welcoming host and works super hard on her business and providing a top notch service. After business being bad throughout the pandemic, Kai said she was so happy to be busy again and it’s clear from the energy in the hotel and the warmth and happiness that radiates from her. She’s also a font of all local knowledge and we asked her recommendations and advice a number of times. The location of the hotel is perfect. The square it’s located on has a lovely buzz and we enjoyed drinks and food there on a few occasions. If I was travelling on my own then I would feel so safe here and not too isolated. Our room was beautiful - sparkly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We moved from our 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room halfway through our stay and loved the double aspect/balconies. One balcony had a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery - the night time and morning sounds were very soothing. Breakfast was delicious; eggs any way (or muesli, yogurt & fruit) and then help yourself to toast and, at times, pastries. Once you finish, Kai then brings out the most generous assortment of fresh fruit. The perfect way to set yourself up for the day. On top of all this, Kai also offers a free laundry service for her guests. She’s literally superwoman!! Suffice to say, we would stay back here in a heartbeat.

Dies Casacool ist einzigartig! Die Besitzerin ist wunderbar, die Stimmung grandios, sehr herzlich, einfach aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Es geht weit über den normalen Service hinaus. Sehr sehr nett!

Absolutely delightful owner who could not do enough to help us. She even baked a birthday cake for my wife on her birthday! When we got wet she immediately washed all our clothes too. Great Thai style breakfasts as well - lots of fruit, cheese omelettes and khao tom with minced pork
