Clean and comfortable room. Room has a big refrigerator, microwave and gas stove. Breakfast is quite ok.

I am completely disappointed; we pay for a expensive property considering is Thailand ,because the hotel advertises as beach front ,,,we even had to travel 2hours by ferry to get there and when we got there ,,NO Beach front ,the hotel is not even close to the beach ; the place is clean and modern BUT NO Beach front rooms like they offered and NO Beach nearby ; also there was NO telephone in our room to order anything ; they said everything is trough an app , but since we got there around 7-8ay night they said until next day they will give us an app: we couldn't order room service or ask for anything ,,,, so avoid the dissapointment if you are looking for beach front properties ; this is NOT the place

The room was great. Comfortable bed and sofa. The pool was clean and well kept - loved a good swim. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were super helpful. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect of this hotel, but it won me over after a few days. The hotel is lovely and picturesque and the staff were friendly and helpful, but it is more remote than I expected. It is at the end of a long dead-end street. There are no restaurants nearby and it is a 10 minute walk to the main street. So, you are left taking 300Baht Grab rides to Fisherman's Village, or eating at the hotel most of the time, which was fine - the food was tasty and the breakfast buffet had good selections. We even took a Thai cooking class at the hotel (with a guided trip to the Big Buddha and local market included) which was absolutely wonderful. The pool does get busy so grab your seat early if you want to lounge. The highlight was access to the Chi Beach Club which is right on the water. We took the resort shuttle and made reservations at the Beach Club on two separate days - it was so enjoyable we had to go twice! The vibe is luxe and stylish, its family friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious. I think if we experienced just the resort we might have felt isolated and removed from the action (which is great if that is what you are looking for!). But the resort plus the beach club gave us a wonderful well-rounded experience of this part of Koh Samui

Property is nice but immediate surrounding area not so great. Most of the staff are wonderful but one guy who works at the restaurant was extremely rude and disrespectful

Chi Samui is a lovely resort. My room was very nice. It’s very clean. The sauna is fabulous, just had to ask to have it turned on. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool and floaties are nice. The pool was quite warm. The food and drink is good, it does get expensive but the 7/11 is about a 10 minute walk. The Chi Samui Beach Club is beautiful with places to chill around the pool or relax on a chaise one the beach.

Fint hotell/resort som ligger litt adskilt men personalet er behjelpelig med kjøring til Chi Samui (Beach club)»/Restaurant) eller nært liggende ved forespørsel (gratis) Renhold kunne vært noe bedre på badet Nøkkelkort sluttet å fungere ved 2 anledninger men det ble raskt ordnet opp i Dessverre finnes det folk som røyker hasj/weed, mens det er barn tilstede på resorten Ellers en god opplevelse helhetlig

Uima-altaan pesu pilasi täydellisen kokemuksen. Oltiin 4 yötä ja sinä aikana ei tehty altaaseen mitään. Kysyttiin mikä homma? Pesu ja kestosta ei tietoa. Ilmainen kyyti rannalla saman nimisen Uima-allas paikkaan. Siellä kalliit hinnat, mutta maisemat yms. Täydelliset. Huoneet isot. Aamupala hyvä. Palvelu todella hyvää. Kävellen rantaan n. 15 min joka ei paha. Mennessä hotelliin lataa hotellin app. Sieltä saa monelaista tietoa mm. Voi sopia milloin huone siivotaan, kyyti rannalle varaus. Oikea kunnon sauna löytyy. Staff were all lovely. Property was stunning. Couldn’t use the pool as it was out of action which was a shame as that was one of the reasons we booked, it’s a beautiful pool area. Would have liked to spend more time there. Very handy for airport and exploring the town. Would defo stay again.

i believe it was rated a 9.4 out of 10 on hotels.com. well, it was NOT a 9.4. The room was nice but the kitchen was old. the bathroom shower was tiny, the entire floor got wet every time i took a shower because these was no shower door. the wifi in the room was very good but the minute you stepped outside of your room it was basically non existent. the food was good but very exprensive. $21 US for a burger. the pool was nice and big. the gym was ok but very hot. it had a glass ceiling so it was basically a sauna. i stayed for 2 1/2 weeks so i really got to know the property well. would i go back again ? yes but not for so long. 3 or 4 days max

We like the garden pool access. The breakfast was very good as well. The ataff was very hospitable.
