Staff were all lovely. Property was stunning.
Couldn’t use the pool as it was out of action which was a shame as that was one of the reasons we booked, it’s a beautiful pool area. Would have liked to spend more time there. Very handy for airport and exploring the town. Would defo stay again.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect of this hotel, but it won me over after a few days. The hotel is lovely and picturesque and the staff were friendly and helpful, but it is more remote than I expected. It is at the end of a long dead-end street. There are no restaurants nearby and it is a 10 minute walk to the main street. So, you are left taking 300Baht Grab rides to Fisherman's Village, or eating at the hotel most of the time, which was fine - the food was tasty and the breakfast buffet had good selections. We even took a Thai cooking class at the hotel (with a guided trip to the Big Buddha and local market included) which was absolutely wonderful. The pool does get busy so grab your seat early if you want to lounge.
The highlight was access to the Chi Beach Club which is right on the water. We took the resort shuttle and made reservations at the Beach Club on two separate days - it was so enjoyable we had to go twice! The vibe is luxe and stylish, its family friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious.
I think if we experienced just the resort we might have felt isolated and removed from the action (which is great if that is what you are looking for!). But the resort plus the beach club gave us a wonderful well-rounded experience of this part of Koh Samui

Chi Samui is a lovely resort. My room was very nice. It’s very clean. The sauna is fabulous, just had to ask to have it turned on. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool and floaties are nice. The pool was quite warm. The food and drink is good, it does get expensive but the 7/11 is about a 10 minute walk. The Chi Samui Beach Club is beautiful with places to chill around the pool or relax on a chaise one the beach.

Renhold kunne vært noe bedre på badet
Nøkkelkort sluttet å fungere ved 2 anledninger men det ble raskt ordnet opp i
Dessverre finnes det folk som røyker hasj/weed, mens det er barn tilstede på resorten

i believe it was rated a 9.4 out of 10 on hotels.com. well, it was NOT a 9.4. The room was nice but the kitchen was old. the bathroom shower was tiny, the entire floor got wet every time i took a shower because these was no shower door. the wifi in the room was very good but the minute you stepped outside of your room it was basically non existent. the food was good but very exprensive. $21 US for a burger. the pool was nice and big. the gym was ok but very hot. it had a glass ceiling so it was basically a sauna. i stayed for 2 1/2 weeks so i really got to know the property well. would i go back again ? yes but not for so long. 3 or 4 days max

Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at bo på dette smukke resort, og det var en sand luksusoplevelse fra start til slut. Poolområdet er et absolut paradis – elegant designet med perfekte loungestole, omgivet af frodige palmer og rolige omgivelser. De flydende puder i poolen giver et ekstra strejf af komfort og afslapning.
Værelserne er moderne, lyse og rummelige. Personalet var utrolig venligt og opmærksom på selv de mindste detaljer, hvilket skabte en behagelig og problemfri ferieoplevelse.
Faciliteterne og omgivelserne signalerer afslapning og høj kvalitet. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette resort til alle, der ønsker en fredfyldt og luksuriøs ferie. Jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage!
