기본적으로 친절하다. 하지만 대응은 좀 느림. 욕실에 커다란 바퀴벌레 등장해서 리셉션에 연락했는데, 몇번 독촉전화를 해서야 하우스키핑이 왔고, 우왕좌왕 ㅠㅠ 한국인 별로 없다. 새로 손본듯한 풀억세스 3박, 추가 슈피리어 1박 했는데, 오전에 바로 체크인/아웃 없이 옮기게 해줬음. 디럭스룸을 준 듯 한데, 연식에 비해 깨끗히 관리한 듯하다. 전체적으로 만족

Our stay at this hotel was really great. We would warmly recommend it and we will absolutely come back. The pool was very nice, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Our room was located up a steep hill, but the hotel provides convenient electric shuttle carts that can take you to and from the building at any time. They were always available and made getting down and up to the hotel lobby very easy and comfortable for us.

Nice stay. We booked two separate rooms, which were decent, but nothing special. Needed a refresh, because they looked old and tired. But on second day was changed to the family size executive suite with direct pool access. That was great, thank you hotel staff !! The room was large and clean. The pool was nice, and the pool bar with happy hour was awesome. A notable negative, is that the mattresses were REALLY HARD. Phuket is flooded with Russian tourists. Likewise, this hotel has a lot of Russian guests. Buffet breakfast was reasonable, but food variety caters more for the caucasian / Russian guests. A disappointment for me, as I believe a hotel should showcase more of the local food / culture. Staff were nice and courteous, and always helpful. Overall... a wonderful stay.

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the guest rooms and outdoor facilities are a bit dilapidated and inconvenient to use.

Ein super Hotel, saubere schöne Zimmer, tolle Mitarbeiter und bester Service. Einziger Wunsch: Im März war das Frühstück in der Nähe des oberen Pool, im November leider im unteren Restaurant, direkt an der Straße 🙈. Bitte führt das Frühstück auch in der Nebenzeit, oben im im Restaurant durch. Ansonsten alles super gut 👌.

Staff is great

I had a room with a garden view…the view was blocked with a tree so I would not get sunlight, best to get a pool view. The doors are not sealed so there is a gap and bugs do come in, bring mosquito repellent as I had them in my room. Not soundproof either, I could hear the staff swipe the broom at 7 am. Reception staff is nice. Breakfast also and does change everyday. Few minutes from the bus stop (to the airport and Phuket town) and the beach.

Very nice for families

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det är en liten backe upp till huset men ofta finns personal som skjutsar upp med golfbil. Annars är det inte så farligt att gå heller.

L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement général, tant au niveau des chambres qu'autour de la piscine. Le sol plastique de la première piscine est impraticable pieds nus car brulant. Les matelas dans la chambre sont vraiment trop durs. Le thé au miel en guise de bienvenu est très bon. Le personnel est souriant et disponible.

Be prepared to find a hotel on the side of a hill! This didnt worry us but it could present a problem for people with mobility issues, though they do have a golf cart to transport people from the reception area to the higher areas of the hotel. We (group of 23 people) mostly loved the staff (There was one staff member who let the whole team down! They made it very clear that they didn't want to be there in the morning cooking our omelettes, which very much spoilt our mornings!) If it weren't for the disgusting attitude of this one staff member, we wouldn't have been able to fault them, such a shame...

The place is clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Definitely will book again in the future.

Where to start, 1) there seems to be hidden charges on food. I order meal and drink for 560 and get a bill for 880. 2) the mattress in my room was very uncomfortable. Springs poking through. I acrually moved the pad from the window to the bed.3) due to humidity and ocean, much of the faucets were pitted. 4) large spaces around the door did allow insects in and a salamader running actoss my wall. All that being said, it wasnt.horrible but it wasnt spectacular either...solid..meh... Staff were very nice and accomodating which helped make up for the shortcomings. If i ever came back to karon beach, i would probably stay somewhere else

The property is in an excellent location right between Karon and Kata, both a 10 min walk away. Lots of shops restaurants within walking distance, very convenient. the hotel itself is quite tired, needs a reno but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were not overly abundant but there was plenty to choose from still, no complaints there. The pools are quite good, very well separated so they never feel too crowded. The staff are incredible, and I think they make a difference in how guests perceive the hotel. Everyone was absolutely lovely and very helpful, well done staff! Overall, even though I wouldn't call it a solid 4-star hotel, it was good for the money, and we had a very enjoyable visit.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war super freundlich und bot sogar einen Shuttle-Service zum oberen Hotelgebäude an. Die Hotelanlage befindet sich auf einem Berg, sodass es zu Fuß etwas beschwerlich sein kann. Das Frühstück war beeindruckend – riesige Auswahl und jeden Tag etwas Neues. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen: Kata Beach und Karon Beach sind in direkter Nähe fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie viele kleine Restaurants. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit viel Stauraum, und der Pool war groß und sehr sauber. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.
