Great to stay

직원들의 서비스 대응은 좋았음. 2박을 했고 새벽에 체크인했으나 로비에서 3명이 대기해서 순조로웠음. 화장실 하수구가 냄새가 많이 나서 방을 옮김. 교체된 곳은 다행히 냄새가 나지 않음. 그러나 교체한 방도 수압이 많이 약함. 룸은 다소 좁고 층고가 낮은 편이라 작게 느껴짐. 그러나 역이 가깝고 단기숙박으로 추천함.

호텔 레노베이션 중. 수영장 사용 불가라고 한다. 원하면 옆호텔 수영장 사용장 사용 할 수 있게 해준다고 미리 말하라고 했고 공사때문에 낮에는 좀 시끄러움 룸도 수영장쪽으로 배정해줘서 소음 때문에 최악, 이런거 저런거 다 이해한다 해도 청소 상태는 정말 정말 불량이다. 현재 호텔 고층만 리노베이션 된 상태이기 때문에 저층,중층은 룸이 꽤 오래되고 부식됨... 게다가 바퀴벌레까지 만남 체크인 한날부터 발견 했으나 너무 늦은시간이라 그냥 잤는데 다음날 아주 때거지로 만나게됨. 룸 체인지도 요청했는데 넘 느렸고 바꾼 방 청소상태도 별로임... 절대 재방문 안함

힐튼호텔로 변경을 위해 리모델링중이며, 번화가에 위치한데 숙소앞은 한적하고 조용해서 좋았음. 수영장은 딱 사진만큼 함.

it was terrible.I booked Grande Deluxe. but they gave me grande superior room. Down grade. I complained..but they tolde me . it is Deluxe room...finally they gave me Superior room...they are lier. anyway service is too bad . if you want to know why this hotel is terrible....you can stay just one day...not two day.

호텔 1층 바에서 무료 음료 이용 가능하고, 직원들이 친절합니다. 다만, 금연룸인데 전반적으로 담배냄새가 나고, 바닥 청소가 청결하게 되어있진 않는 느낌입니다. 주로, 인도, 중동쪽 고객이 많습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양한편이고 만족스럽습니다. 위치가 주요 관광지와 가까우나 BTS역에서 내려서 조금 걸어야하긴 합니다. 민감하지 않은 경우에는 가성비 좋은 호텔인것 같아요.

Excellent staff at the front desk

The bellhop and counter staff were incredible! The room was very clean and nice. Staff was very quick and willing to fulfill and request we had. The breakfast was AMAZING and the amenities were great. Walking distance to the BTS and other little markets and shops. Definitely check out the Phloen Chit market. Our stay was excellent!

Cheap cleaning product was poured throughout the hallway and rooms. The smell actually makes you feel sick and dizzy. If you have any kind of respiratory issue, do not even consider going there. Staff were rude and horrible. We felt like they ripped off us by taking the advantage of our situation. We chose not to change the linens to preserve the environment, but at least change the soiled towels and refill complimentary coffee/water. They did not do that and had to ask several times. It was a horrible place and I would not recommend anyone to go there. It was a walking distance to Bumrungrad hospital which is helpful for us. But later we saw Hyatt across the street from the hospital. If your visit for the hospital, go to Hyatt across the street, otherwise there are other plenty of nice hotels.

When we checked in on June 24th, 2026, our room was on 14th floor. As soon as we got out of the elevator, the whole hallway smelled so bad like they poured cheap cleaning product on the carpet. I was having hard time breathing and inside the room also smelled the same. Then after I mentioned about trouble breathing, they moved the room to 20th floor which was a little tolerable. We went for the medical check up at Bumrungrad Hospital which is about 10 minutes walking distance. After some tests, we had to go to the hospital for follow up after a week. So in the meantime, we decided to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. However, our return flight from Cambodia to Bangkok was on July 5th 4 AM. Then I asked the manager by the time we come back from the airport would be around 6 AM, so if we can check in early on July 5th at 6 AM and pay the half price. She told me to write an email to the booking office. I did send the email explaining my situation, they emailed me back saying they will let me check in for half price if the room is available. When we came back at 6 AM on July 5th which I had already booked through Expedia, the person in the front desk made us pay from July 4th with $90 USD whereas I paid Expedia $79 USD per night. They completely took advantage of our situation coming to hotel at 6 AM and needed to get some sleep so badly. Also no matter how bad the smell and service was, I booked with them again because we could walk to the hospital and leave our luggage there.

It was a fairly good experience. As I mentioned in my check-in review, this hotel is in a quiet street but only a 5 minutes walk away from all the actions of Sukhumvit. So you enjoy quiet when you want, and really close to all the actions at the same time. Felt secured. Recently renovated so feels modern. They even have a Bluetooth speaker in the rooms for guests to pair and play their own music. Very nice selection of breakfast. Well sized bed and bathroom. However, we felt that the rooms are a bit smaller than we expected. Perhaps the most disappointing factor was the very small swimming pool. Staff were courteous, tried to help us in all the ways they can. I would probably book this hotel again.

Amazing rooms and great service

受付スタッフとベルボーイの対応が他のホテルに比べ劣る感じだと思いました。担当者に寄ると思いますが、無愛想で不親切な印象。1回目泊まったときは良かっただけに、サービスの低下を残念に思いました。今後はもう泊まらないかもしれません。
