Great buffet, alert staff. Carpet in room had sticky substance on it, complained twice. No action. Doesn't matter to have a view if windows are very dirty on outside. Water in shower hard to adjust

Ich hatte explizit Frühstück gebucht, dieses wurde auch im angekündigten Preis hinzu gefügt. Da ich "bezahlen im Hotel" gewählt hatte, wurde das dem Hotel nicht kommuniziert. Hatte auch explizit eine Testbuchung gemacht, da steht dann in der erhaltenen Mail auch nicht mehr von Frühstück, auch nicht im Reiseplan. Hatte jetzt versucht, das im Chst kar zu stellen, leider war die Ansprechperson nicht gewillt, das zu verstehen.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in ann excellent condition. The staff are excellent and very helpful at all times. We have stayed for two days and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. The area around the hotel is a bit seedy, but it is a central location and easy for shopping and getting around the city.

The closet BTS and shopping mall are 20 mins plus walking distance. In a weather like Bangkok that is challenging.

Heel mooi hotel . Kamer op de 17e verdieping. Zeer schoon en werd elke dag goed schoon gemaakt. Personeel super vriendelijk. Ontbijt was redelijk. Op loopafstand naar de Skytrain. Dus zeer centraal gelegen. Klein zwembad maar goed verzorgd.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is within walking distance to Ploenchit station and market. It's well connected to the other train stations. The rooms are bright, clean and cozy. Breakfast is great with varieties of food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel. Too much light in the bedroom from click and other items. But I am sensitive to light at night Staff very nice

Most everything was good, except they did not honor the included late check out. So we had to sit outside for a couple of hours until it was time to go to the airport. Probably will try another hotel next time.

Great location within walking distance to the Nana area. I really liked the blackout curtains in the room, the strong AC, and the well-designed bathroom with all the facilities I needed. The spa was relaxing, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Good for short term stay but small room for single… Buffet Breakfast has not many food choices and repetitive dishes in 8 night stays. Quality and taste of dishes is not that good to me…

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! Room very clean and spacious as well. Highly recommended.

The Doubletree hotel offer a good standard. The rooms are of sufficient size. The bed are comfortable. The bathroom is with a shower cabin, modern in design. The rooms offers all the comfort needed, are equipped with a working desk, a fridge, a safety box and the internet is fast and reliable. The breakfast offers a good variety of warm and cold Asian and European breakfast items. The pool area is too small for such a big hotel. There is a shopping centre up the road with a supermarket and a convenience store. The hotel staff is attentive and forthcoming. To avoid over charging by the local taxi divers that are waiting fir ignorant tourists in front of the hotel, it is strongly suggested to call taxi over the Grab application.

I recommend all people to stay in this hotel if you visit Bankok. Excellent staffs, rooms, services and hospitalities.

Be aware this property is one block off the red light district if you are staying with family. They were renovating some parts of the hotel, particularly the gym, during my stay. It was a short walk to a partner hotel to use their gym in the mornings so not too inconvenient.
