다 좋았는데 화장실 레이아웃이 상당히 이상하고 객실에서 와이파이나 휴대폰 신호가 안잡히는건 정말 불편했씁니다.

주변환경 및 수영장은 매우좋았으나 룸에 모기 때문에 고생했음 룸청소 및 타올을 2일에 한번 해주는 것은 불편햇음

Note that this hotel is in Ton Sai Beach - not Railay. To go to Railay, you'll need to either haggle with mafia-like boatmans or hike for five minutes (rocky/intense). You'll get a very distinctive crowd of people in Ton Sai - rock climbers, hippies, backpackers, free souls, etc. and the place definitely has unique characteristics - somewhat untouched, hidden and rough (although construction of more resorts are on the way). Recommended if you're a young solo or couple traveler. Not recommended if you're with kids. Having said that, the hotel has a very nice swimming pool (large, nicely decorated and reasonably clean - overall 3-4 star resort standard) and serves very good food so it's ok if you stay & rest in hotel. No wi-fi. no power between 1-5pm. Try to get a room near-pool (they're the new buildings).

Beautiful place & location, lovely 2 tiered pool. Room was great (NB power is only on 5pm to 10am as use a generator, but not an issue; room stays cool if you keep door & curtains closed - just remember to charge up devices over night if needed). Tonsai is the perfect place to relax as it’s just out of the way enough for the masses to avoid (they stick to Railay & Ao Nang) - here is full of climbers so the beach is relatively empty and restaurants serve big portions of amazing food! Mama’s Chicken was a favourite!

Super hard beds, and no hot water at all

Pretty rough bungalow. No blankets provided. Cancelled rest of stay. Nice pool.

The staff was awesome, the biggest problem is that there is no electricity in the rooms between 10am to 5pm. My room needed a big makeover, the washroom was in bad shape with broken tiles and there was mold, and there were bad plaster patches. Also there are no bank machines in the area and most establishments only take cash.

Bra läget . Fin atmosfär. Kryp/små djur på rummet. Nycket myrorn och kackerlacka. Hårda sängar. Frukosten var inte direkt någon wow upplevelse men funkade. Fin fräsch pool och aoran på hotel var mycket mysig.

Poor confition

Location is good and lots of options to eat. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice but water is really warm. Monkeys play all over the resort which was really cool! My biggest concern is how hard the beds are.

バトルウォーター1日2本補充してもらえる。 シャワーやドライヤー設備は古いが機能には問題ない（多少シャワーの勢いや温度は不十分）。朝食の内容も問題ない程度。日中は停電するので冷蔵庫でビールを冷やすのは難しく感じた。 全体的に、設備やサービスに対して宿泊料金はやや高めという印象を受けた。 チェックアウト後、ビーチまで送迎してもらえて助かった。

Super endroit pour relaxer,décor magnifique, endroit relax ,chambres propre bon petit restaurants pas chère vraiment un petit trésor, mais bien s informer sur le façon de ce rendre taxi boat et possibilité que l hôtel vienne vous cherchez sur la plage ( cart de golf) je le recomande pleinement pour couple ,amateur d escalade ou pour relaxer loin du tourbillon des ville et touristes

Location

The room overall was ok very much to the standard of what it cost. The resort is limited but has a nice vibe to it. Would only stay here for a max of 2 days.

Läget ok omgivet av vackra höga bergs klippor och nära till en vacker strand. Området och hotellet nås endast med båt.

We were hesitant to book this hotel after reading some reviews and the price was so reasonable after what we had been paying. We arrived expecting average but we were pleasantly surprised at the room, very clean and the pool area was huge and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast great value and cooked fresh as you waited. Yes, the power is only available from 5pm till 10am but we were out and about during the day so didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay and our time at Tonsai beach area

This is a no thrills getway . Beautiful location and very nice people

For Tonsai the place is nice, but get a superior bungalow, the others were not nice. My AC worked the bed was pretty good and the place was usually quite enough to sleep. Where the place struggled was the staff, some were really nice, some were nice enough but the woman who seemed to be in charge most of the time at the front desk was not nice, ever, during my entire two week stay despite repeated attempts to get her to soften up.
