My room smelled so bad. I told them right away when I got the room. What they did was just spaying and turned on AC. Didn't wanna argue because I was really busy tired with my work. And most of them don't speak English. I stayed there for 4days working in the room. Had to order room services and went to restaurant in the hotel. Every time when I ordered food there were some issues. I asked for frid noodle with vegetables saying that I can't have meat. Then they delivered fried noodle with beef and some vegetables in it. Every time when I ordered soup there were ants or small flying insec in it. I told them once then it happened again and again so I gave up talking because it makes me look bad. Looks like I am the person who's making issues. I had no hot water for 4days. The maid opened my room without any nocking.

도심을 좋아하시는 분이 아니라면 괜찮아요 조식은 괜찮았어요 룸컨디션은 사진이랑은 좀 분위기가 다릅니다 주변에 동물원과 정원이 잘 되어 있어서 하루 이틀쯤은 아이들과 함께라면 괜찮아요 하루 두번(오전, 오후) 나이트 바자로 셔틀로 데러다주고 밤에 픽업하러 다시 나와줍니다.

방도 큰고 좋긴한데 걍 샤워장만 있네요.

호탤 닷 컴에 감사드려요. 좋은 곳 소개해 주셔서. 저의 실수로 예약을 변경 할 수밖에 없었는데 호탤 닷컴 한국지사 직원분의 친절과 섬김으로 무사히 여행할 수 있었습니다. 다시한번 감사드려요. 호텔은 거의 4성급 입니다. 가격에 비해 최상의 서비스를 받을 수 있어여. 호텔 내 정원만 둘러보는데 2시간이 넘게 걸립니다. 그러나 시내 가까이 숙박을 원하시는 경우는 고려해 보아야 할 것 같습니다. 제가 다시 치앙마이 가면 이곳에 더 묶을 예정입니다. 오전 10시에 시내 쪽으로 운행하는 호텔 차량을 이용하여 시내에서 관광하다 저녁 9시 픽업 하는 차 타고 호텔로 돌아오면 될 것 같습니다. 교통편만 잘 생각하면 모든 것이 최상급입니다.

This is my first time in ChiangMai in the last ten years. I just need to get off the rush hours, office hours routine and get relaxed. Starting the day with a great breakfast which provides a lot of options (American, and Asian style). I mean the variety of flavors and healthy foods. Then, take an easy bike ride around the garden for your digestion. Anything you can imagine is all in this amazing botanical garden. After that, get back to the room and stay calm with plenty of space, but just for a short moment because the swimming pool was attracting me since I checked in. Just a few steps away from the room, i can jump into the pool and enjoy the sun. There is a Thai massage room which i hope i could try it next time. Everything is ready for you inside the hotel if you read until this and just want to get away from the city life. Here is one of the best places you should visit. I will definitely be back next time for my annual vacation. Appreciate for the great services from all staffs and owners.

Spotless room. Nice bathroom.

Excellent stay, spectacular botanical gardens seen via the free tram ride. Wow to the beauty and upkeep of the village! Shower was cold but the bathroom sink had hot water ! Want to bring my family some day .

Great breakfast buffet included with stay. The grounds are very pretty however some of the rooms are much more basic than expected.

Very nice resort, i have visited a few times. I especially enjoy walks or bike rides around the botanical gardens

cool spot near chiang mai. basic hotel room but has everything you need. take the bus tour around the garden if you have the time!

So the botanical garden is lovely and well worth a visit. The animal enclosures not so good very small. The hotel is well equipped but the staff seem disorganised and badly managed in the lobby area. The luxury room was not distinct enough from the standard rooms to make any considerable difference and the balconys are small and hardly worth it with no seats or table. The food was ok. Room service is only 2 pm till 8pm so not much use to normal people as room service is something usually used after hours not during. Would we stay again, from a platinium members opinion no we would visit the botanical gardens which is 86 baht entrance fee and stay in a different hotel. We asked for an extra bowl with our room service meal and where charged 60 baht for a paper bowl hardly the service expected for renting a luxury room. The hotel grounds are clean the rooms are a little dated but clean. The cleaning staff seem organised. The hotel pools are not sutible for children the shallowest we found was 1.00m and the slide was based in the deep end at 1.80m. The hotel seems more geared towards large tour groups rather than the individual customer

great services, and nice location

Great resort with lots of things to do. Unfortunately we where there at low season and not much was open inside for eating or drinking. Nice botanic garden with animals and playground for kids. Ballon adventure Thailand have their office and launch place within the resort.

Better food options the premises. Coffee shop alone doesnt cut it.

room is pretty nice, but service is very poor.
