객실과 수영장 넓고 좋아요. 수영장은 청소를 조금 더 하면 좋겠네요.

상대적으로 아주 조용해서 편안하게 쉬기에 아주 좋았습니다. 조식뷔페는 뭐 그냥 보통 수준의 맛이지만 종류가 다양해서 입맛따라 선택할 수 있는 음식 종류가 제법 있습니다.

파통 물가에 비해 저렴한 가격에 좋은 서비스의 호텔입니다 조식도 좋았네요

중저가 호텔이지만 넓은 객실 사실 수영을 목적으로 하기는 어렵지만 보기좋은 수영장 빠통비치 매우 인접 방라로드나 번화한곳을 가려면 좀 갈어야 하기는 하지만 가성비 최고의 호텔임

3박 일정으로 다녀왔고, 첫 느낌은 다른 여느 호텔보다는 방이 컸고 화장실또한 큼. 방 한켠에 좌식 테이블과 방석들이 상당히 맘에 들었으며, 침대에서 느껴지는 습한 느낌은 별로였음. 룸서비스 주문할때 전화받는 직원이 영어를 잘 못함. 전반적으로 좋은 평을 주고싶음.

파통시내에서 약간 떨어져 있어, 걸어다니기엔 멀고- 택시를 이용하기엔 너무 가까운 거리. 그래도 산보 겸 다니게 괜찮았습니다. 비교적 조용한 곳을 찾는 여행자들에게 추천합니다. 룸 넓고 깔끔하니 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 규모에 비해 수영장이 넓고 조용해서 참 좋았습니다. 다시 가고 싶어요.

지도상으로는 빠통지역의 중심가와 떨어져있어 툭툭을 이용해야 하는 경우가 많을 것이라 생각하여 이동에 불편함이 있을까 걱정했었는데, 빠통 중심지와 거리는 도보로 20~30분이면 충분한 거리다. 개인적인 차이는 있겠으나 여행지에서 30분정도 주변 산책은 의미있는 거리이며 충분히 도보로 이동가능한 거리라 생각하므로 나의 경우는 이격거리의 단점을 느끼지는 못했다. 오히려 중심가에 북적거리는 느낌보다는 한적한 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 숙소 주변이 만족스러웠다. 객실수도 그렇게 많지 않아서 그런지 수영장이 붐비거나 다른 사람의 방해를 받을 만한 환경이 아니었으며 적당한 인원들이 오붓하게 즐기는 분위기도 만족스러웠다. 웰컴드링크 서비스, 과일서비스 등의 세세한 서비스도 돋보였으며 조식도 만족스러울 수준의 음식 퀄리티와 맛을 느낄 수 있었다. 최고급 풀빌라에 비유할바는 못되지만 리조트 형태의 구조와 수영장시설, 객실 내부에도 모두 테라스와 좌식 거실이 배치되어 있는 구조 및 넓은 욕실 등은 만족스러웠다. 다만 수건이나 몇몇 집기들이 완벽히 깨끗한 느낌을 주지는 못한 것과 기후 특성상 방안에서도 약간의 습한 기운을 느낄 수 밖에 없었다는 것이 조금 아쉽기는 하나 불쾌할 정도는 아니다. 호텔 가격대를 감안했을 때는 만족스러운 시설과 서비스를 보여준다. 중심가에 위치한 홀리데이인과 파라곤 리조트를 두고 고민했었는데, 파라곤 리조트가 훨씬 더 만족스러웠다.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable, and there was loud nightclub music blaring across the road well into the night, making it difficult to get any rest. Our room was outdated, and we experienced several issues, including no hot water at night, confusing light switches, and air conditioning problems. To make matters worse, customer service was hit and miss. One staff member at reception (a larger woman) was quite rude and unhelpful when we are arrived. No one helped u with your bags up to your room (when asked she told me to find a lift) However, credit where it’s due — another receptionist was kind and professional, allowing us to store our luggage and check out late due to our evening flight. While the hotel claims to be near the beach, the view is completely obstructed by a beach club, shops, poles, and overhead cables — so don’t expect ocean views. Overall, it wasn’t a relaxing stay. The noise, outdated facilities, and lacklustre service made it hard to enjoy the location. I wouldn’t return.

Very nice

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. The travel desk staff also very helpful and provided reasonable prices for excursions and great advice about potential weather conditions on the islands etc. We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a 7/11 across the street, a massage place just down the road, a restaurant across the road, and a laundry lady next door who did a wonderful job of washing and folding our laundry for 50 baht/ kilo and returning it to hotel reception 24hrs later. Unfortunately there were some guests that didn’t know how to use their manners at the breakfast buffet but cannot fault the staff at all. They were wonderful and always willing to assist. It is located on the outskirts of Patong but that’s what we wanted. Get the bolt/ grab app and easy taxi/ tuk tuk to get you into the heart of the action when that’s what you want. The pool area is lovely and swim up bar served great cocktails! We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for having us! If we return to Phuket, we’ll definitely come back!

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, great location, with plenty of amenities near by.

Amazingplace to stay close enough to everthing but quiet and a very short walk to beach. Excellent breakfast and the swim up room was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, near the beach, shops and some nice restaurants but not as crazy as further south in Patong. The main road next to us was a little difficult to cross with our 2 year old, you basically just have to walk out in front of cars and they have to slow down to let you cross. The hotel was pretty good value with a nice pool and buffet breakfast included. The pool was very quiet despite what seemed like a lot of guests staying. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness could be better, floors were not vacuumed/mopped. AC kept leaking, door lock wasnt locking properly hence the doors couldnt be closed easily from the outside. Staff don't speak English too well, hence any concerns we had weren't addressed. We mentioned that one of the guests we travelled with was celebrating their 30th birthday and it was a surprise trip for them, however, unfortunately the hotel did not put in the effort to organise any sort of nice surprise in the hotel room.

Est situé a une minute de la plage. Pas loin de toute commodité. Personnel très accueillant et gentils.

I was kindly placed in room 323.I booked a pool side room which was not given. My wife was just happy to be at the Patong Paragon so room 323 was nice. The staff were fantastic and beautiful however some of the guests were rude and inconsiderate to staff which was distressing. I wish all the staff at the Paragon the best.

Location. 1 minute walk to thebeach. A lot of shop and reatuarants in less than a minute walk.

The hotel was in a very good spot. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the hotel and the furniture was old and needs replacement.
