The air conditioner would not cool off the room and there was no hot water for the shower or the tub. The original design of interior hallways and rooms was unique and spectacular. Unfortunately it looks and feels if it has fallen from its former glory would the owner has an inability for upkeep.

Would not stay there again

The room wasn't cleaned in the two weeks that I was there and the sheets on the bed were not changed in those two weeks either. I had to ask for fresh towels on two occasions or they would not have been changed either. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and there was nowhere in the room to sit other than on the bed. The room had one very small wicker chair that would not support a child. The shower is an absolute death trap with the floor being extremely slippy. You cannot open the curtains to see outside and if you did the windows were filthy and scaffolding was blocking the window. On arrival there were four bottles of beer in the fridge which I thought were either left by the previous occupant or complimentary. On departure i was charged for the four bottles of drink so somebody had been in my room, so it was a shame they didn't clean it whilst there were there. Basics like toilet paper were not replenished. I resorted to taking them off the cleaners trolley when I saw it parked in the corridor. Overall the experience in the hotel was poor and I would not return to this hotel even if somebody else was paying.

My room had a poorly designed bathroom. The shower was right next to the toilet, so whenever I took a shower, water splashed all over the toilet and the floor. I had to clean it every time. Another issue was their charging policy. If I brought a lady, they charged 100, and for a ladyboy, they charged 200. The third problem was the AC. It started dripping water and made loud noises in the morning. One day before I left, they changed my room due to the AC issue, and that room was much better than the previous one.

I booked a suite, so I expected a higher level of comfort and service, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes, and the reception staff were not very friendly, which made the arrival experience unpleasant. The room had several issues: the water pressure was very low, so the shower and the jacuzzi bathtub did not work properly. Hot water was often missing, and there were water leaks throughout the bathroom. The balcony was also unusable due to a faulty window. The cleanliness was below expectations, there was no soap provided, and overall the maintenance of the suite appeared neglected. In addition, there was no sound insulation and the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to rest. Considering that this was a suite, these issues are even less acceptable. I hope the hotel will seriously improve maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality.

Interesting hotel and fun for a few nights. Clean and nice staff - very quirky hotel and fun. Nice hot tubs but water pressure and temperature of water lacking.

Room was not sound proof and the club next to it was really loud. But no real complaints great location with a friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good place at a good price.
