Was great experience. Friendly staff, helpful too. I would recommend and rebook with them.

Room was not sound proof and the club next to it was really loud. But no real complaints great location with a friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good place at a good price.

I wanted to be RIGHT in the action...... Baby it doesn't get ANY closer than this!!! A block from the beach. 3 blocks from walking street entrance..... The rooms were awesome!!!

Great hotel close to beach and walking street with great bars and restaurants very close by. Room was a surprise with sex dungeon type items installed and mirrors and lighting to match. Was a great theme for an all adult type hotel. Overall a good experience with helpful staff and excellent location. I would highly recommend for singles or couples

The hotel is amazing. So much work has gone into the rooms making them so different to normal hotels. It can be noisy because it’s above its nightclub. I booked a week and loved it but I ended up staying for three weeks. Pretty much sums it up. I had a small accident during my stay and the staff went out their way to help me and ask every day if I was ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly pleased with my overall experience. I did a search for high rankings, lowest cost and location "Walking Street". And got this great hotel. It is a very unique place, interesting rooms and the adjoining club was great. Incredible service from the entire staff too. I've got a neurological disorder and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I've got a new favorite place in Pattaya now for sure.

Horrible service, Elevator doesn’t work, Rook does not get cleaned and properly stocked, Ask for deposit on Arrival! Lazy Staff! People always fighting in the Middle of the night and staff doesn’t do anything

Nothing worked and what did would shut off over and over again. Advertised a sound insulated room, definitely noisy. Pool didn't work and the bathroom was terrible. Room was tiny with no balcony. Won't stay there again. Staff was pretty good.

Zuerst versuchte man mir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster anzudrehen. Da mir die Vorgehensweise bekannt war, remonstrierte ich sofort und bekam auf Nachdruck ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Ansonsten ist vieles schon angewöhnt.

Efter covid och ny ägare till hotellet är det inte sig riktigt likt längre. Många förändringar till det sämre. Eftersatt underhåll men det skall kanske renoveras samma som receptionen.

Auf den ersten Blick schien alles in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, und der Reinigungsservice stand scheinbar zu jeder Tageszeit zur Verfügung – ein Pluspunkt, der mich anfangs positiv gestimmt hat. Leider musste ich jedoch eine erschreckende Erfahrung machen, die mich dazu veranlasst, diese negative Bewertung zu schreiben. Der Grund dafür ist die Klimaanlage und die Wasserqualität im Hotel. Die Klimaanlage verströmte einen unangenehmen Geruch, der darauf hindeutet, dass der Filter möglicherweise seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt oder gewechselt wurde. Ähnlich problematisch war das Wasser – es roch und schmeckte ungewöhnlich, was Fragen zur Hygiene und Wartung aufwirft. Nach nur drei Tagen Aufenthalt bekam ich erste gesundheitliche Beschwerden: Husten, Schleim im Hals und ein unangenehmes Brennen in der Lunge beim Husten. Diese Symptome verstärkten sich, solange ich im Hotel blieb. Sobald ich das Hotel verließ, spürte ich eine deutliche Besserung. Zurück in Deutschland musste ich jedoch einen Arzt aufsuchen und werde nun mit Antibiotika behandelt. Mein Fazit: Dieses Hotel stellt eine ernsthafte Gefahr für die Gesundheit dar. Es sollte dringend überprüft werden, insbesondere die Wartung der Klimaanlage und die Wasserqualität. Bis dahin kann ich von einem Aufenthalt dort nur abraten.
