Everything is great

Sehr schönes Hotel, aber leider etwas einsam gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, wenn auch das offene Badezimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Die Dusche kann nur mit einem Vorhang zum Zimmer getrennt werden. Wenn man also in der Nacht mal ins Badezimmer geht, wird das ganze Zimmer durch dessen Licht beleuchtet und auch geräuschmässig belastet. Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit verschiedenen Pools. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang, was echt Spass machte. Leider liegt das Hotel recht einsam. Zum nächsten Restaurant ist es ein Stück weit, was zur folge hatte, dass wir nur im Hotel assen. Wir haben uns leider dann dazu entschlossen noch Vollpension dazu zu buchen. Das war sehr teuer war, nämlich 1'780.- THB pro Tag pro Person. Dafür konnten wir dann Mittagss und Abends vom schönen Buffet essen. Es hatte eine rechte Auswahl. Das Problem dabei war nur, dass es ausschliesslich Thai Essen war und alles sehr scharf war. Was es mit einem Kind recht schwierig machte, etwas zu finden, was geniessbar war. Somit viel Geld für nichts verloren. Essen das nicht scharf war, gab es nur gegen Aufpreis. Daher würde ich das nicht mehr machen und nur noch von der Karte etwas essen.

We had a nice stay in Pullman. Family room in the main building was lovely, good housekeeping. The main issue was around sunbeds. The beach is lovely but narrow, and the hotel is designed such that there are limited sunbeds by the beach. The sunbeds by the beach on the grass area are prone to flies and sewage smells. The sunbed by the pool that's adjacent to the beach gets really overcrowded. Throughout the hotel all the other sunbeds are situated along the main walkways along the pool, so there is no peace and quite there - constant people traffic. Another big frustration is the space at breakfast. Again, the design is such that there is not enough space for table or food stations, queues for food (egg station was operating with 1 pan!!) and arriving for breakfast anytime after 8am meant it's hectic and unpleasant. Constant waiting for coffee (you have to queue yourself in the middle of the food hall), constant chasing for basics like cups and cutlery. Kids club is really good in terms of activities. But they also have video games there, which means most kids are watching /playing rubbish games. Staff is lovely, but they don't speak any English, which makes it tricky to communicate. Remember to sign your kids in. My husband forgot, and they let my 4 y/o son walk out by himself. I found him by accident as I was passing by the club.. Also the fact that kids club is closed 12-13 doesn't make any sense.. Film screenings are really good for the kids in the evenings.

Fabulous property: well designed, family rooms were superb. Architectural feel with exceptional kids' attractions that are both fun and tasteful. Food was good, but could be better. Beachfront down a few steps and not very wide, but the pools were ideal so we did not spend much time there. Staff lovely. Would gladly return soon!

Sicuramente non un 5 stelle. Non ci sono sdraie in spiaggia, solo qualche grande cuscino, ma sempre troppo pochi per la grandezza dell’albergo. Non c’è un bar la mattina fino alle 11 dove prendersi solo un caffè e/o una brioche. Si deve per forza fare la colazione al breakfast buffet. L’albergo è lontano dal paese. Troppo caro per quello che offre/non offre!

great facility, super nice staff which was always very helpful, nicely equipped rooms and everything you can imagine for kids

the gym was super dirty and there were no towels which is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. the service forgot things several times other than that we were happy with our stay. the family room is big which is great!

Väldigt bra rum och sandstrand samt pool, men tyvärr långsam service i restaurangen och utbudet av mat är väldigt begränsat. Hade hotellet haft fler restauranger hade det helt klart varit ett av dem bästa hotellen i området, men avsaknaden gör att betyget sjunker rejält.

Allt var helt underbart, incheckning, frukost, pool, utflykt, service, lugnet! Allt! Vi kommer tillbaka ✨

Likte stedet, frokost og rommet meget godt. Eneste jeg har å utsette på er en ansatt i baren ved ankomst som var hoven, sur og arrogant.

Het hotel awesome maar in the middle of nowhere .. het hotel heeft een all incl formule wat met een familie echt el nodig is want er is niets in de buurt. Enkele kleine ( 2) restaurantjes die ook prijziger zijn voor de maaltijden maar goedkoper dan in het hotel . Als je van rust houd ( deze periode) zeker doen

Exceptional hotel with fantastic staff and facilities.

Super Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Etwas außerhalb gelegen, weshalb immer ein Transfer in eine Stadt notwendig ist. Dafür sehr ruhig.

I like the amount of activities for kids and adults, beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. Loved the many happy hours!

Flotte rolige omgivelser. Lidt isoleret i forhold til en nærliggende by i gåafstand. Masser af aktiviteter og lækkert mad.
