래디슨 리조트 & 스위트 푸껫

원래 베트남 푸쿠옥 가려고 하다가 막판에 마음이 바뀌어 푸켓으로 급변경했는데 많이 후회했음. 방2개와 거실있는 큰 객실이었는데 샤워와 변기가 함께 있는 비좁은 화장실 1개만 있어서 4인 가족이 머물기에 너무 힘들었음. 시설은 낡았고 직원들은 불친절한 사람들이 대부분에 영어 못하는 분들도 많았음. 조식 퀄러티도 동남아 5성급 수준이 아니라 일반적인 3성급도 안될 정도이고 샐러드 볼 속에서 모기가 헤엄치고 새들이 테이블 사이를 날아다니는 정도로 위생 상태도 엉망이었음. 푸켓 여행 처음이라 푸켓이 오래된 관광지라 전반적인 리조트 상태가 이런 건지 여기만 이런 건지 잘 모르겠음. 어쨌든 이번 생에서는 푸켓 다시 올 생각이 없어졌음. 나름 미국, 유럽, 동남아, 서남아, 남미 등 다양한 국가 해외여행 많이 해봤다고 생각하는데 동남아에서 숙소에 실망하기는 처음임.

저는 한국사람입니다. 처음 체크인 할때 직원이 보증금을 내야 된다고 해서 4000바트를 지불했습니다. 그런데 예약할때는 이런 이야기가 없어서 당황했지만 3일정도 지나고 나서야 유럽이나 서양인들에게는 보증금을 받지 않고 동양인들에게만 보증금을 받았는 사실을 알고 난후 인종차별을 당한느낌이었습니다. 너무 불쾌하였습니다. 그래서 항의하고 보증금을 돌려받았습니다. 인종차별하는곳은 가지말아야합니다. 참고하세요

뷰는 볼게 없지만 수영장이 진짜 좋아요 전반적으로 깨끗하고 친절했습니다.

Good accommidations, breakfast and kids programs. I stayed at two bed rooms. It was nice to stay with 6 persons, but one bathroom was not convenient for us. There was a strong smell of sewer in the upper deck around the Kidspool.

가족이 아무것도 안하고 푹 쉬고 오기에 좋은 호텔. 그러나 근처에 먹을만한 식당, 편의점이 없다는게 큰 단점이자 다시 가게될까 라는 큰 물음표를 주는 호텔. 사진과 달리 방이 많이 작았음.

우선 4층 건물인데 호텔에 엘리베이터가 없음. 디럭스 스위트 2베드룸을 이용했는데 방 2개는 작고 거실은 매우 컸음. 주변에 편의 시설이 부족한건 알고 있었지만 정말 부족했음. 호텔 입구에 3개의 식당이 있었는데, BAAN MAI가 음식이나 서비스가 좋았고 나머진 맛이 별로였음. 카말라 메인 비치와 편의시설은 걸어서 20분 정도 가야했고 툭툭 이용하면 200바트로 금방 갈 수 있음.

건물자체가 오래되어 군데군데 시설들이 낙후된 점이 있지만 가격대비 가성비는 괜찮은 리조트

야간 도심 관광 등의 계획이 없이 휴양에 주안점을 둔 여행이라면 적극 추천할만합니다. 넓은 객실 (부부와 10대 2명)에 tv가 3대나 설치돼 있어 룸에서 지내기에 부족함이 없습니다. 풀장 역시 넓고 관리가 잘 돼 있어 아이들이 놀기에 좋습니다. 다만 리조트 외부에 상권이 거의 발달돼 있지 않고, 이때문에 리조트 내에 하나뿐인 식당은 가격이 상당히 높은 편이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 리조트 바로 앞 식당 2곳에서 음식을 테이크 아웃할 수 있어 아주 요긴하게 이용했습니다. 이 식당들은 리조트 안 레스토랑에 비해 가격도 싸고 음식의 퀄리티도 일정 수준 이상을 유지하고 있습니다. 휴양을 위한 여행객들에게는 추천, 다양한 관광과 볼거리를 즐기려는 여행객들에게는 비추천.

It was good for family trip especially for kids. Staffs were very kind.

전체적으로 위치가 좋지 못합니다 직원의 서비스 마인드도 그리 좋은 편은 아니고 객실이 리뉴얼되었다는데 실망스럽습니다 아침 조식이 조금 나은 편입니다 근처 기본적인 마트 마사지샵 레스토랑이 있지만 사용하지는 않았습니다 렌트카를 빌려 직접 운전하였기에 덜 불편했지만 자가 운전자가 아니시면 비추입니다

Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strom und die Wasserversorgung sind mehrfach während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgefallen. Zudem war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer defekt. Dies führte zu einem Wasseraustritt aus der Badezimmerdecke. Das Badezimmer war dann zwischenzeitlich nicht nutzbar. Das Personal war überwiegend schlecht gelaunt und wenig hilfsbereit. Es hatte den Anschein, dass niemand gerne dort ist. Ausnahme sind die Mitarbeiter im Kids-Club. Diese waren immer sehr freundlich.

COCKROACH in the room! There were many things wrong with the room and hotel but the biggest is that there was a cockroach in the room. We caught it in a glass and left on the balcony and asked the staff to come and get it. We also asked the staff to send someone to clean the bathroom where the cockroach was. They said they would send someone but never did!! The room was falling apart. The towel hanger in the shower broke, the phone to call reception wasn’t working and the cleaner didn’t clean the rooms properly (for example, just sweeper the floor and nothing else. She took our old towels but didn’t come back to replace them with new ones!) The phone not working was a huge issue. We needed to run down 2 flights of stairs and across the hotel to get to reception in the case of an emergency. One of our guests fell on the concrete stairs and we couldn’t call reception, one of us had to run over to them. Any issue we had, we couldn’t call reception. If the cleaner didn’t replace our towels, we would have to walk far to reception. If the towel hanger broke, we had to walk over. This is not a hotel I recommend!! Any time we would complain to the staff they would not help at all. I really would not recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. Staff was excellent, kid club great and right next to pool and gym. Rooms were clean, pool towels and beach towels provided. Hotel is old and some things need upgrades but that didnt impact our stay at all. We had the best time.

Morgenmaden var ofte kold, der manglede hele tiden mad og man måtte vente eller rykke for dem for at komme med fx ost, juice, pålæg og brød. Der var standere for nudler så man kunne sammensætte sin nudel + ingredienser men aldrig noget personale stående til den stand. Internettet var super dårligt overalt især på værelserne selvom der skulle være wifi overalt. På det ene soveværelse virkede det slet ikke. Kontakterne på værelset virkede ikke rigtig til opladning på nær den hvor elkedlen var sat til. Personalet var dog rigtig søde generelt over det hele.

First off, HUGE disappointment!! The hotel is definitely NOT 5 star... Heavily ran down lacking the most basic maintenance for many many years. In my room - the wooden flooring damaged, dripping water from the ceiling, lighting in wardrobe did not switch off due to electrical issue, LOUD aircon so that had to wear ear plugs at night, bathroom ceiling looked like it would cave in any moment from obvious water damage not being dealt with, bed linen very poor quality, cover and pillows below expected comfort, mattress hard as rock... On arrival night I had a club sandwich in the restaurant, the worst I have ever had! Bread was not even toasted, the grilled chicken was some grey lumps, bacon? didn't see any (perhaps among the grey lumps)... Staff was preoccupied with chit chat rather than service. Luckily there are good restaurants in the nearby hotels. Overall, the hotel does not deserve the Radisson badge. Heavily overpriced severely ran down hotel...

I read all the reviews and most of them were great, there were a few negative but there is always one. I hate to say it though but they were right. Don't pay for the breakfast, the hot food was always cold. We ended up just having toast or buying 711 to heat up in the morning. The food and beverage prices are western prices so this is not the hotel to sit at the pool bar, though we did 😅. Our room kept losing lighting, which was so weird and you had to run around in the barely warm water of the shower to get wet. The beds were seriously rock hard, one of the reasons I booked this was the beds had a good star rating?? On a positive, the staff were so prompt and helpful whenever we had an issue. It was always attended to straight away. All the serving and bar staff were great. Can't fault them there.

Very good value for money, and very helpful and friendly staff. Room was perfectly fine, and quite spacious. There was a little wear and tear in places, but perfectly clean. Would definitely stay again.

The staff and the management were very helpful. I had some issues and since they couldn’t solve it they went above and beyond to be able to do so. The GM Christian was incredible and very helpful and accessible.
