Stanza ok, pulita e buon servizio. L'unica cosa assurda e' che mi hanno fatto pagare per avere un secondo cuscino in camera. E' la prima volta che mi succede da quando viaggio, tanto per lavoro che per piacere.

One of the few remaining Lana style places in Patong. A treasure in the heart of Patong, a few steps to the beach and 5 minute walk to Bangala Rd. Lovely Staff and compliments to the gardens and ongoing minor renovation works. Is our 8th visit to Patong and 3rd to the Royal Phawadee and we will return.

The property was traditional Thai architecture. The village was beautiful. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close enough to the excitement but far enough to have a quiet sleep. I highly recommend.

Superbe Hôtel typique Thaïlandais en plein centre de Patong. Proche de la mer. Belle piscine, personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner plutôt bon même si il n’est pas très varié. La salle de gym est un peu vieillotte, c’est le seul point négatif. J’y reviendrai sûrement.

Lovely traditional thai style architecture, beautiful tropical garden nice pool good breakast and very near the Beach - but a GBP 70 Room deposit with no prior warning at booking stage - and although I was given a nice Room upgrade - really noisy aircon and a basic fridge that went noisy unless the aircon was on.... Also Rooms at the front some outside noise at night .... So still really nice - but some things they should work on ...

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was very good so we wanted to repeat our good experience. This time the staff was totally unfriendly and the bad attitude started right at the check-in when they insisted to get 2000 baht deposit in cash in advance, (never in my life i was asked to put a cash deposit it was always in credit card), the room was old, neglected, paint cracked and dirty, we couldn’t sleep because of the amount of mosquitos flying and biting, the breakfast was poor, the milk we tried to use in our coffee was sour and the service at breakfast was unpleasant as if we are disturbing their time off, upon check-out we were asked to wait until the guy ran to our room and checked that we didn’t steal anything, this was very shaming and insulting. we will never go there again and will not recommend this hotel to any of our friends

The pool area was nice and restaurant ok. The room was very dark and everything old. The bathroom was awful, dirty with cracked tiles and mold. The shower was awful. The bedrooms were on a shared balcony so no privacy as people walking past looking in window so had to keep curtains closed . Breakfast was ok, but very little put out and we had to keep asking for fruit, cheese etc. the fridge was very old and rusty where chilled food was kept. The staff not helpful. The position of the hotel was good as it wasn’t far to walk to the beach or shops etc After staying 5 nights we would not return

Echt in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht gut geputzt. Im Bad recht viel Schimmel. Mitarbeiter können kaum englisch

Receptionist very rude , no cold water for shower . They tried to move me two night to other hotel

Het hotel is mooi. Goed gelegen. De netheid laat te wensen over. Het ontbijt viel heel erg tegen. Personeel was aardig en vriendelijk. Spraken bijna geen Engels.

The property was kept immaculate and all the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I will staying there again.
