Beliggenheden er fantastisk

Vi bodde i ett familjerum i en hotellbyggnad som såg något nyare ut. Rummet var stort och fräscht och över förväntan. Dock var servicen mindre bra. Inga handdukar att låna vid poolen och medioker frukost. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och mitt på promenadgatan så läget är toppen och perfekt för oss som barnfamilj.

I enjoyed my stay. However, I felt like the whole resort needed a deep clean. There was a stickiness to everything I touched.

The place said no hot water and they still had hot water. Good service and perfect location. Would definitely recommend and the price is amazing.

I really liked how well the hotel is located, right in front of the beach and with a convenient restaurant in place. When you book this hotel, make sure you take pictures about the room you have booked, cause when I arrived and did the check in, the staff took me to a room, which was far away from the beach and it was different from the one shown in the picture. I then told them that it was not the type of room I had booked and finally they took me to the right one, which was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a great shower pressure and a big balcony. Different staff members knocked the door many times 45 minutes, 30 and 10 minutes before the check out time, which I found very disrespectful. The lady in the reception was very rude and unprofessional with my friend and I and made my experience stressful. The guy that collects the ticket for the breakfast was also rude and impolite. It's a shame this happened because the resort is beautiful, full of palm trees and plants and with a perfect sunset view from the restaurant deck.

Sehr gute Lage sowohl zum Strand, als auch in den Stadtkern. Einige Zimmer / Bungalow sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist I Ordnung. Am Abend kann es sehr laut sein, weil eine Diskothek in der Nachbarschaft ist. Das Wasser im Pool ist nicht sauber und der Poolbereich ist wenig gepflegt.

Bungalowene var slitte, mørke og hadde veldig harde madrasser. Hele stedet trenger oppussing. Enkel men grei frokost. Bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Sairee.

Hotellet angav at være 5 stjerner, men det var vist et par år siden. Hele hotellet bar bræg af at være forladt og slidt. I restauranten var stemningen sløv og trist. Morgenmad buffet var super ringe - kan næsten ikke kalde det buffet og så ikke ud til at være frisk pr dag. Vi skulle bede om at få gjort rent på værelset samt skiftet håndklæder. Ville vælge andet hotel næste gang. Positivt at de havde fri transfer til havnen

Our first night was unbearable with loud doof doof music rattling our windows til 4.30am. We requested to move and was relocated to a 2 bdr villa further away from the nightlife . They knew straight away we would be requesting to be moved. Property needs maintenance however the location is beautiful and so convenient on walking street. Very hard beds and my hips ached however they put a topper on the bed for me without hesitation. Huge variety of places to eat, safe with kids who loved the independence. It wasn’t a party resort which suited us, however a party isn’t far away. it was a nice blend of variety and location along with the ability to sleep at night. Completed our open water dive certification with the onsite SSI centre which gives you further discount on your accomodation. Beach was nice and clean with rubbish picked up every day. Breakfast included had variety of hot Asian dishes, toast, cereal, pancakes and fruit. No pastries however that didn’t bother us. Beautiful to eat on the beach front every breakfast. Easy to use hotel transport to the other side of the island, same price as everywhere else.

Dette ophold var en del af en rundrejse i Thailand for en familie med 2 børn. Vi havde heldigvis kun booket 2 nætter her, ellers havde vi fundet et andet hotel med det samme. Vi er absolut ikke sarte eller har super høje forventninger, vi har boet mange forskellige steder - også spartansk og elsket det. Men dette sted kan vi absolut ikke anbefale! Hotellet er nedslidt. Personalet er overhovedet ikke smilende, høflige eller serviceminded, virker bare trætte af deres arbejde, både i receptionen og på restauranten. Poolen var beskidt og rundt om poolen flød det med madskrald, flasker, glas og lign. Der sad unge mennesker og røg joints i børnebassinet og da vi pointerede det overfor personalet, sagde de bare “sorry we can’t help you”. Morgenmaden var mildt sagt forfærdelig, vi valgte at spise andre steder, selvom vi havde betalt for morgenmad. Det er umuligt at sove før de omkringliggende barer slukker musikken (efter midnat). Første gang vi badede i havet, flød der et kondom forbi os - også her var der bare møg beskidt. Laundry service mistede en del af vores tøj, til gengæld fik vi leveret en del der slet ikke var vores - og de var ligeglade. Den stjerne hotellet får af os er udelukkende for praktisk beliggenhed og smukke solnedgange!

We had to leave our stay early because our entire cabin was infested with ants. They were on the walls and all over our bathroom. The location was good but the resort was overall very dirty and the staff didn’t seem to care very much when we told them.

全体的に清潔にしており、良かったです ダイビングに行くため　朝食を別でお願いすると、4種類のサンドイッチから一つ選択して準備してくれます(前の晩に注文-受取) 船着場までのドロップは無料でした。 部屋からは海は殆ど見えなかったが、レストランは海の目の前にあり　リゾート気分を満喫できます。

Had a great stay here. Reserved the poolside Seaview room, which is located at the front of the property. I was on the second floor, so it wasn’t as nice as it would be on the first floor. The furnishings in bathroom were a little rough and dated. But the property is very conveniently located to everything. They also have a dive shop and restaurant. I dove with them for three days and it was great. The bed was rock hard, but I asked the front desk for a mattress pad and that did the trick. Overall, it was a great stay. They also offer free shuttle service to and from the pier, so when you get off the ferry look for the sign from the driver.

Un hôtel plutôt sympa, nous avons eu une chambre en bungalow. La piscine est très bien et vous accédez à la plage en une minute. Devant l’hôtel passe un espèce de voie piétonne qui vous permet d’accéder à de nombreux restaurants. L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant avec vue sur la plage, parfait pour les couchers de soleil. Néanmoins, je n’y serai pas resté une semaine : matelas dur, draps déchirés, paroi de douche en train de se casser, très faible débit d’eau à la douche. Le logement manque cruellement d’entretien. Chaque jour sont distribués du papier toilette et des bouteilles d’eau

Gut gelegen, direkt am Strand und nahe dem Zentrum.

The property is in a beautiful area with great water activities close by.

Great location. A little dated, hard beds but it was clean. I liked the restaurant also.
