타이 하우스 비치 리조트

호텔이 오래되서 냉방시설 제어에 문제가 있음. 밤에 자다가 추워서 깨고 에어컨 끄면 더워서 깸. 전반적인 시설 리모델링 필요함 수영장은 사진대비 그렇게 작지는 않고 아담함 직원들 써비스는 괜찮은 수준이나 요구사항이 있을때 여러번 요청이 필요함.

트윈룸 예약하고 갔는데 방이없다고 하면서 룸 업그레이드해서 큰방으로 돈 더내고 쓰라고함 난 분명 그렇게 예약했다고했는데 안되있다고 우겨서 바우처보여줫더니 방이없어서 어쩔수없다고하면서 그냥 쓰던지 돈더내고 업그레이드하라고강요하고 디파짓카드달래서 줫는데 카드가 안된다고 함 다른데서 확인해보니 잘되는데 안된다고 거짓말하고 현금받아가고 여러모로 전형적으로 관광객한테 눈탱이 씌울려고 작정해서 절대 비추 기분만상함

기대를 하지않고 간다면 좋은 숙소입니다. 호텔 외부의 인테리어나 내부의 디자인은 근처 다른 숙소보다 좋습니다. 객실 또한 나쁘지않습니다. 침대가 넓고 이불이 깨끗합니다. 다만 객실에 있는 의자가 패브릭 천으로 되어 있는데 뭐가 묻은 흔적이 있어서 앉기가 꺼려졌습니다. 외부 인테리어에 비해 화장실은 별로입니다. 화장실은 낡고 세면대에 크게 깨진 부분도 있는데 새 것으로 교체를 하지않고 부분 수리를 해서 그런지 누추합니다.

Ja das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut für jeden etwas dabei.

Das Hotel ist auf dem ersten Blick ganz schön. Um den Pool herum sieht es sehr nett aus. Wir fanden die Zimmerausstattung allerdings etwas traurig. Es war sehr karg, stillos und nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich, man hat sich nicht so recht willkommen gefühlt. Für den Preis war das alles zusammen betrachtet etwas enttäuschend.

Staff was helpful. Location was good. However room and facilities were very neglected. Bathroom was awful, pool had a thick green layer around it. When asked, they start cleaning it while people were in pool. Also, hookers from local bars were allowed to come in a “flirt” with customers including couples. Thailand is nice but not this place. Local females and ladyboys are hungry for westerners money. Not friendly, aggressive, follow you at night/evenings. Very surprised and disappointed with this place.

Helpful staffs. Any information we asked, they will give you good advices and if they don’t know, they will find out for you. Very humble and friendly. Security, housekeepers, lobby staffs and everybody else smile.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione buona. La posizione è ottima ed anche la spiaggia molto bella. Consiglio però di pulire di più la spiaggia, sopratutto se la sera vengono fatte cene sulla spiaggia, ho trovato una forchetta tra la sabbia e per fortuna non l'ho messo il piede sopra e tappi di bottigie ecc... inoltre consiglio di insonorizzazione la porta delle camere e la porta delle camere comunicanti. Sembrava di avere le perone proprio accanto a me. Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati molto bene perchè la gentilezza e la cortesia dello Staff è stata veramente gradita.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff SO friendly and helpful. Great location: right on a beautiful beach (golden sand, clear warm water, no rocks & no seaweed). Nearby are lots of bars/cafes/restaurants to walk to as well as Lamai night time food market (huge choice!) with nightly live music, cocktails etc. Hotel itself serves great food (huge menu) in it’s restaurant & we even had dinner at a table in the middle of the beach (private/beautiful: no extra but u can pay more for fancy stuff). Wed night was a bbq & salads etc with a crazy fire show after: def recommend! Good prices! Reviews prior made me nervous but it was so much better. Comfy bed (best of 14 hotels on our tour!) robes, slippers, toiletries & waters/tea/coffee. Towels for pool/beach given daily. Bathroom a bit dated but still adequate. Many plug sockets. Main bedroom lovely with fridge, lovely lighting and balcony/chairs/table and drying rack on it. Safe area. Pool area really good (long hours). When we checked out the hotel stored our bags for free and supplied us with fresh towels and a changing area with showers for free. Can’t believe is not 4 star & our time there/whole hotel & island experience was 10/10!
