Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff SO friendly and helpful. Great location: right on a beautiful beach (golden sand, clear warm water, no rocks & no seaweed). Nearby are lots of bars/cafes/restaurants to walk to as well as Lamai night time food market (huge choice!) with nightly live music, cocktails etc. Hotel itself serves great food (huge menu) in it’s restaurant & we even had dinner at a table in the middle of the beach (private/beautiful: no extra but u can pay more for fancy stuff). Wed night was a bbq & salads etc with a crazy fire show after: def recommend! Good prices! Reviews prior made me nervous but it was so much better. Comfy bed (best of 14 hotels on our tour!) robes, slippers, toiletries & waters/tea/coffee. Towels for pool/beach given daily. Bathroom a bit dated but still adequate. Many plug sockets. Main bedroom lovely with fridge, lovely lighting and balcony/chairs/table and drying rack on it. Safe area. Pool area really good (long hours). When we checked out the hotel stored our bags for free and supplied us with fresh towels and a changing area with showers for free. Can’t believe is not 4 star & our time there/whole hotel & island experience was 10/10!

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione buona. La posizione è ottima ed anche la spiaggia molto bella. Consiglio però di pulire di più la spiaggia, sopratutto se la sera vengono fatte cene sulla spiaggia, ho trovato una forchetta tra la sabbia e per fortuna non l'ho messo il piede sopra e tappi di bottigie ecc... inoltre consiglio di insonorizzazione la porta delle camere e la porta delle camere comunicanti. Sembrava di avere le perone proprio accanto a me. Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati molto bene perchè la gentilezza e la cortesia dello Staff è stata veramente gradita.

The villa we were first put in was very run down. Taps rusty, stain marks and poor water pressure in the shower. We complained to management and they arranged to shift us to a different villa the next day. The second villa looked to be better than the first. However when I went to have a shower, I nearly flooded the bathroom because the rain shower drain was blocked. I swapped to the shower over the bathtub and the bathtub filled with water because that drain was also blocked. Rang management again and they sent a technician to fix the drains. He put acid down the drains. This fixed the bathtub but not the rain shower. Spoke to management again and they had to get someone to dig up the pipes. They found a tree root in the pipe. By removing that they fixed the blockage. After that everything was ok. This isn’t what you should have to deal with on holidays. However the staff and manager were always polite and friendly and responded to our complaints. They also gave us a complimentary transfer to the airport when we left. In saying that I am not sure why the previous tenants did not point the problems out to management. Blockages like what we had must have been there before we got there

Perfekt läge vid bästa delen av stranden i Lamai. Stort plus med 50 m till affärer och restauranger i området. Rummen ok inte mer. Rummen drar ner det hela lite. Bra frukost och restaurang med fin terass mot havet under tak. Relativt liten pool med två små anslutande varav en jaccuzzi. Poolen nog mest för familjer med barn. Egna solstolar. Vi fick alltid plats men detta var juli/lågsäsong.

Für uns ein Zurückkommen in eine schönes Ferienparadies auf Samui. Sehr ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es wird fleissig am Werterhalt gearbeitet. Ist für uns klar weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder

Bra frukost och restaurang med fin terass mot havet under tak. Relativt liten pool med två små anslutande varav en jaccuzzi. Poolen nog mest för familjer med barn. Egna solstolar. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, erstes Zimmer hat übel nach Abfluss gerochen, nach Beschwerde gab es jedoch ein neues Zimmer ohne Geruch.

Für uns ein Zurückkommen in eine schönes Ferienparadies auf Samui. Sehr ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es wird fleissig am Werterhalt gearbeitet. Ist für uns klar weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder
