전체적으로 다 괜찮다는 느낌을 받았는데, 날이 더운데도 얼음이 따로 없어서 개인적으로 달라고 해야했던 점, 생일자 서비스 있다고 했는데 안준거 ㅜㅜ 건물이 좀 노후하긴 했는데 청소는 엄청 깔끔히 잘 해준 것 좋았어요. 수건에서도 좋은 냄새 나서 좋았음! 조식은 정말 딱! 간단히만 먹을 수 있어요. 저는 여행가서 뭘 많이 먹는 편이 아니라 저한테는 괜찮았을지도. 미식가 분들은 조식은 안 먹어도 될 듯?

걸어서 10분이면 빠통해변에 도착할수 있구요. 풀장에서 자유롭게 수영도 할 수 있어요. 저는 전체적으로 좋은 호텔로 인상이 남아있네요.

여기 직원들 완젼 불친절하다. 위치는 정실론이나 빠통비치랑 가까워 좋지만 서비스나 에어컨 완젼 불량 이곳에서 5일 동안 있는동안 더워 죽는줄알았고 예약상태가 잘못되어 조식도 돈주고 먹어야 했고 한국에 전화해서 예약상태 확인하고 정말 짜증나는 곳이였네요 객실청소도 사람있을때와 없을때 정말 다르고 불친절 대박 이였어요 푸켓 두번째 방문이지만 정말다시는 가고싶지 않는곳이네요

구식 가구에 침구는 별로였지만. 룸컨디션은 굉장히 만족했습니다. 정실론까지 5~7분 깔끔하고 룸안에서도 빵빵한 와이파이에 대만족. 호텔직원들과 조식은 기대하지 마시길. 친구끼리 넓직하고 싼방을 원한다면 강추.

이번여행은저렴하게갔다오자는 계획이여서 위치랑수영장,금액만보고결정했습니다 가격대비나쁘않구요 객실은오래된거치곤깨끗하고 위치도 방라로드,정실론가기에도 가깝습니다 수영장도크고 조식은 머그냥기대안햇기에 배채우는정도고 일단 한국말은전혀안되고 영어도간신히 통하는정도입니다 그래도 눈빛과 단어로모든걸해결 저희의 부탁도 잘받아주시고 감동이였어요 암튼가격대비에선만족

조용하고 아늑하고 대체적으로 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다 ㅎ

생각보다 큰규모의 리조트이며, 깔끔하고 위치도 좋습니다. 다만 룸안에 들어갔을때 분위기가 낡은느낌이며 아늑한 느낌은 없습니다.

A bit older but well located, very comfortable bed (which is unusual for Thailand) and staff were helpful and friendly.

We had booked for 28 days. The room we were initially given had no window (only a glass & wood door to the balcony) and therefore dark. They also did not provide hand soap in the bathroom-even after requesting it. I was told to use the shower gel they provide or go buy my own hand soap. After 3 days we went to the front desk to advise that the room we had booked, and that appeared on Expedia website, had a large window plus the door to the balcony and requested to be changed. I was told that they based the category I had purchased only on room size and resisted changing us. I felt this was false advertising, let them know, and after much discussion they agreed to change us. They made us pack our things, had to check out, wait around for a couple of hours, and then gave us a new room. I should also mention that the rooms that have ‘resort’ view is a view of their parking lot and the back of another building. A second container of their gel wash, for our had soap use, also finally appeared in this room. The staff that cleaned the room were very good, and they cleaned well. The pool area was clean and the staff were very good. The breakfast room was nice, large and airy. There is the breakfast buffet, which was okay, not more. For the price, it was convenient. Coffee pot they had was insufficient for commercial use and was often empty. The hotel is close to everything ie shopping malls, grocery store, convenience stores, laundry services, ATM’s, tour services etc..

Ystävällinen ja kohtelias henkilökunta. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, mutta oli hieman äänekästä. Erinomainen wifi ainakin omiin tarpeisiini. Uima-allas alueineen on todella hyvä! Olisi kuitenkin toivottavaa, että asiakkaat noudattaisivat sen sääntöjä ja käyttöohjeita, kuten esimerkiksi suihkussa käynti ennen altaaseen menoa, altaaseen hyppiminen kielletty ja ettei aurinkotuoleja varattaisi koko päiväksi pyyhkeellä.

Friendly staff, close walk to Jungceylon shopping centre, restaurants near by. Nice pool with Happy Hour twice in the afternoons.

Underbar personal. Äldre fassiliteter på rummet men thailändsk charm . Något lyhört. Nära till ałlt. Ligger väldigt bra till restauranger, massage,nära till Jungceylon! Tog våra simturer kvällstid då det var tomt i poolen.

Excellent location Clean and tidy

The room was spacious but the balcony view was the side of a building. The bathroom shower had minimal water pressure. The bed was hard and the pillows as well, in my opinion. The pool was nice but plastic tables and loungers looked dirty from years of use. We did not have breakfast while staying there but the dining room looked clean and spacious. Kay was fantastic and helped us with a couple of excursions and gave us good recommendations. The other staff members were great as well. It was a short walk to the beach. The location was good with many restaurants and shops close by.

Loud ac, bathroom dirty, interior dated and worn out. Personnel helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was convenient, close to everything. An ok option for a shorter Patong stay.
