Lovely rooms and property. Fun to explore with family—we saw all kinds of lizards, monkeys and birds. Some staff were great-very friendly. Front staff couldn’t tell us anything about the restaurant and cleaning staff came at odd times and left garbage outside for hours. Overall the price point is worth it but staff could be more helpful and restaurant for dinner could be cheaper.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt wirklich hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich, und das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir sogar viele Affen vom Fitnessstudio aus sehen konnten – das war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass eine Kamera (welche an unserer Villa befestigt war) ein bisschen laut war. Ansonsten war aber wirklich alles top und wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Las habitación son correctas lindas, Pero la verdad es que no vale la pena quedarse en este hotel solo por eso, queda bastante más lejos e incómodo de lo que dicen y el servicio de transporte tiene dos horarios que no son cómodos. Los uber (grabs) no quieren ir a buscarte proque todos están en la zona de más movimiento de Krabi. Los tours te cobran en su mayoría adicional por el traslado. El personal terrible, de pésimo humor. El desayuno correcto al igual que la piscina Pero nada del otro mundo. No recomiendo quedarse

Perfect service. Only downside was the overpriced sunscreen at the reception. Really nice room drivers🙂

This was an amazing place from start to finish! Beautiful appartment surrounded by water! Spotlessly clean! Lovely helpful staff all with a smile and couldnt do enough for you! Loved all the nature around us and highly reccomend.

Beautiful room and amenities

The resort itself is very nice but some minor things are ruining the experience Pool situation is unacceptable - amount of sunbeds and seatings is a joke. Not 1 time in our 3 days were we able t have tons of space for more

J'ai tenté de faire une moyenne entre la qualité de l'hôtel et son personnel. Je mets la note de 9 sur 10 à l'hôtel car il s'agit d'un très bel établissement avec de belles prestations, mais la note finale tombe à 6.5 car son personnel n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur

Amazing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful the entire week there highly recommend staying here for a beautiful experience

The room was very nice and clean, beautiful pool area, restaurant was delicious and friendly staff. We had a big bug in our room and the sink was clogged upon arrival, these issues were resolved quickly. On our last night we returned to the room arround 5pm only to find the toilet had overflown and we had sewage water all over the bathroom. It smelled terrible. We called the lobby, they sent someone to look. We spoke to the staff in the lobby who said they can work on it while we're out. We had to use the pool outdoor shower to quickly get ready to leave. To our surprised when we returned to our room around 11pm the toilet was not fixed, the bathroo was not cleaned. They just put a towel over the toilet. No communication from staff about what was happening. We called to ask for an update, they told us there's nothing they can do and we would have to sleep in that room with no working bathroom, but they can bring us to the bathroom in the lobby when needed. They offered us a small refund to stay in that room which we declined. After speaking with staff again, a staff member came to our door and offered us a room next door but only to use the bathroom for the night, we couldn't stay there. We declined that offer and invited her in to see and smell the mess in the bathroom. She took pictures and the offered us the room next door for the night. By this time it was midnight, we packed our stuff and moved next door for the night. Terrible experience for our last night in Krabi.

Dejligt hotel lidt væk fra alting. Stilhed og kun lyden af dyr fra den omkring liggende natur. Enkelte steder er hotellet ved at være lidt slidt, men overordnet set en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi kommer gerne igen

Vi boede i en premium villa. Super lækkert værelse med en skønt udeområde på vandet. Morgenmaden var helt i top. Personalet var super venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi synes beliggenheden var perfekt, da vi gerne ville væk fra larmen i byen Ao Nang. Det var nemt at skaffe kørsel ind til byen. Vi fik en rigtig hyggelig gratis oplevelse, udbudt af hotellet, hvor vi prøvede at høste ris på den gammeldags måde. Vi ville 100% tage et ophold mere.

Wunderbares Hotel! Alle Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde alles ermöglicht, zm einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Das Essen war sehr lecker und toll zubereitet. Wir haben mehrmals Shuttle nach Ao Nang genutzt und immer einen Platz bekommen, selbst als wir nicht gebucht hatten hat uns der Fahrer um 22 Uhr mitgenommen! Der kostenlose Ausflug nach Railay war ebenfalls perfekt! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
