Great place to stay on your vacation. excellent service

The property is nice , staff is excellent. But during my stay the hotel had a room key issue and we had to be let in our room with security or maintenance. To our surprised the room was broken into to by an employee. Nothing serious was stolen but we felt very violated and the hotel dealt with us as if we we're the perpetrators. For that reason I won't stay there again, but it's a very nice property.

The numerous issues I had with Island Sea resort is so long that I will be calling Expedia to be reaching out to them on all the issues that occurred during my stay. Thank you Tiffany

Front desk Staff were great

The room was a distance to walk and when asked to be relocated there was no assistance given despite being told that rooms were available in the front. Room keys weren't working

Room key system was down. Other than that I will return on my next trip to Freeport.

Beachfront, amazing service, staff is really nice, food is great and a few restoranr near by the beach. I highly reccomand

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean

It needs to have more things to do it's really no entertainment on the property

Mike was very friendly and exhibited wonderful customer service. We asked for someone to sweep sand from a specific area in our unit and he came through like a breath of fresh air and swept AND mopped the ENTIRE unit! He was great!

The room was spacious however there was a high noise level during my stay. If available request a room not on the ground floor

Wifi connectivity issues the entire stay..Rooms could use some upgrades. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

The property was nice. The pool was a good size, and the hot tub was really relaxing. The beach was nice; they had chairs and umbrellas out. Plus a lifegaurd on duty till 5pm. Beach towels were available from the front desk. There were different games set up around the courtyard for people to play and a couple of sand patches with swings and other things for kids to play. There was also a grilling area set up for your use; you just needed charcoal, lighter fluid and utensils. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good at the restaurant there. Lunch and drinks at Cocoanuts Tiki Bar was nice. Plus, it has a swim-up bar, which is just wonderful. There is also a laundry room set up if you'd like to get it done before you leave. The condo suite was a good size for entertaining or just relaxing. It has a kitchen for people who like to cook in at times. There is an eat-at counter and a glass table for four. There are two TVs, one in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was standard size and has a nice cabinet with a full mirror. Shower tub unit. It has it's own hot water tank which is a bonus. So you don't have to wonder. Lol. There is a good size balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, Over looking the courtyard and views of the ocean and beach. There is also a smaller balcony off the bedroom. The resort was in a good location. Easy enough to get to other attractions, the airport and shopping. I would go there again.

Excellent customer service, beautiful property

We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door and we never got housekeeping. The food was decent and the private beach was nice but we did find a place around the corner called Junkanoo beach it's a 2 minute walk down the beach from island of the seas. the food was amazing, friendly staff, a DJ, beach games, beautiful beach and lots of shells and sand dollars. We went there everyday. It made our vacation worth wild. I do not recommend Island of the Seas and woukd never go back.

Bad Sevice! At check-in, I was told I could not get a second key unless I paid $15/day because they thought I might be “hiding” someone. This made no sense since the booking clearly states the base rate is for two guests and the unit sleeps up to six. I was already paying for two people. The issue was never resolved. Shortly after entering, a housekeeper opened the door without knocking, claiming management sent them to check the room. It felt intrusive. During my 5-night stay, there was no cleaning, no towel, or linen service, even though other rooms were being serviced. At one point, I found a second key left in my room that was not mine, raising concerns someone had entered without notice. WiFi was another major issue. While it is advertised, it did not function properly during my stay. I confirmed the password was correct, but the connection was extremely weak and essentially unusable. When I returned to the front desk for help, I was told, without any real effort to assist, that “it doesn’t work” and that it had been an issue for weeks. No solution, timeline, or alternative was offered. One of the main reasons I booked a two-bedroom unit that sleeps multiple people was for flexibility. I have family on and off the island, and having space for visits or unexpected situations was important. I was not trying to exceed capacity or get anything for free—the room was paid in full before arrival, and other family members had similar accommodations at the same property.

Établissement très bien localiser pour accès a la plage, toutefois a besoin de renouveller leur commodité, très peu de parasol de disponible et ceux qu'il y a sont tous endommagé. Led appartements manque de beaucoup d'accessoires par exemple au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine.

The property is dated. You must get a cab to go to the grocery or shopping of any kind. Very minimal kitchen cookware. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The coffee shop is rarely open. The restaurant is extremely slow.

Check-in was a train wreck, at best. Waited hours after the 4pm check-in for a room to be available. The tile floors were sticky and we had to wear flip-flops so our feet wouldn't get nasty.
