아프릴리스 디럭스 호텔

we enjoyed staying in Aprilis Delux Hotel. Many thanks to the manager, Salman and his staffs. It was pleasant expeiences because of their thoughtfullness and kindness. Especially, Salman was great for tourist like us.

위치.트램이용도 너무좋았어요.트램이 갈라탑다리 건너가기에 신시가지 갈때도 좋았구요. 조식도 깔끔하고 청결문제도 나에게 문제될게없었어요. 샤워물 수압도 좋았구요. 다만 체크아웃할때 여직원이 나에게 룸냉장고에 있는 음료먹었다는거에요. 그래서 아니라고 했더니 나에게 are you sure?하고 되묻는데 기분이 좋진 않았네요. 그거빼고 전체적으로 좋았어요.

숙소에서 술탄모스크. 아야소피아. 사라예반 저수지등 사원과 그랜드바자르는 길건너있고 위치는 너무좋아요. 트램한번타면 갈라타 다리도 건너갈수있구요. 호텔 물수앞도 좋고 6박동안 편하게지냈어요. 다만 체크아웃할때 호텔여직원 나보고 룸 냉장고음료먹었냐며 확인하더군요. 이용하지 않았다고 말을하니 나보고 are you sure?하고 다시되묻는데 기분좋지않더군요. 그거빼곤 전체적으로 만족했어요.

Friendly stuff and good location

The room was comfortable and clean, everything was great, the staff were friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The high standard of cleanliness, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the hotel’s excellent location—within close proximity to Istanbul’s main attractions and shopping areas—significantly enhanced my experience. I was particularly appreciative of the hotel’s assistance in organising both the day trip and the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise & Show. These arrangements were handled efficiently and contributed greatly to the overall quality of my stay.

Llegamos sobre las 9:30 de la mañana ya que nos habían cancelado un vuelo que hacía escala en Estambul después de 13 h de avión i otras tantas esperando que nos dieran otro vuelo, no cogimos el hotel que nos proporcionaba la Compañía porque estaba muy lejos del centro y reservé este hotel, los dieron las habitaciones de inmediato sin tener que esperar a la hora normal de entrada que creo que eran las 14h. La verdad es que fue de de ahradecer porque estábamos muy cansados.

The room was excellent, except for the noise from the patio / bar. The breakfast was good, but not too. Receptionist spoke English well which was rather a surprise given the overall scenario on the streets. Istambul food prices too touristic though.

Dss Aprilis Deluxe Hotel liegt in Sultanahet, fussläufig zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es hat viele Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, das Bett bequem. Der Frühstücksraum war schrecklich, im Sousol. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen, entsprechend auch die Qualität. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondere im Frühstücksraum. Ansonsten wollen sie vor allem Ausflüge verkaufen. Eine zweite Hotelkarte konnte nicht ausgestellt werden, wieso auch immer. Im Zimmer hat es genügend Steckdosen, es war genügend sauber.

I absolutely love the breakfast options, the staff were super helpful, particularly Andrees in the kitchen, a big hug from me to her . If I visit Istanbul again, I will be staying there.

Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal!

The hotel was excellent. The Staff went above and beyond to help you around the city. Staff members actually walked us over to restaurants. Rooms were clean and very nice. They also set us up for pick up from port and then the next day set us up for airport drop off. Definitely recommend.

Hotel and staff were excellent, highly recommend

The hotel was clean and well run. They even gave us sandwiches to take with us to the airport. I would have given 5 stars were it not for an encounter we had with one of the desk clerks. We wanted to cancel a tour that the hotel had booked and he immediately got angry and raised his voice. He told us they had so many stars on Google and our business wasn’t at the top of their minds. In other words, we don’t care about your business. When the same clerk checked us out, he was quite rude and barely spoke. I didn’t understand the anger in response to a tour we were paying for and wanted to cancel. His attitude was very unprofessional and as much as I liked the hotel, I’d rather spend my money where it’s appreciated. This is my second visit to Istanbul and not likely to be my last. Thankfully, this is not the only hotel in town.

We really enjoyed the Hotel and Staff when we checked in. We had an early departure which they handled well. We were promised breakfast sandwiches for our early departure which never happened. Also, we received a recommendation for a rooftop restaurant with reasonable prices. Out of our 2 week trip in 6 different countries, it was the by far the worst and most expensive meal we've had. It was also the one which we barely had any Alcohol. We kinda felt like we received " Special" American prices.
