Otelin tüm hizmetleri yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Özellikle yemekler harikaydı, çocuklar için bolca aktivite mevcuttu. Seneye tekrar bu oteli tercih edeceğiz.

So good environment

This is a really great hotel, with fantastic facilities which can be used all year round. Warm enough in February to sit by the outside pool bar for large parts of the day. Great service at the bars and great food in the restaurants. The great thing about this hotel is that the beer served (efes) actually tastes like efes 🍺, which isn’t always the case in some of the all inclusive hotels in Turkey. The beer in this hotel is lively (not flat which is often the case at all inclusive hotels) and not watered down. For this reason alone, the IC HOTELS SANTAI FAMILY RESORT is now our preferred destination for future golf trips to BELEK.

What a great hotel for spending a few days in the winter sunshine of Belek. Superbly located for some of Belek’s many golf courses and right on the beach. This is a very large hotel and I guess will get very busy in Summer, but in the winter it’s fairly quiet and you get looked after. Good rooms, fantastic food and a good selection of drinks at the bar. All inclusive, including the fridge in your room. Our group stayed in Belek to play golf and have stayed in a number of Belek’s all inclusive hotels at this time of year. We all thought that this was the best hotel we have stayed in for our December golf trip. Whilst you can get a hotel at a lesser price, the combination of quality food and comfort offered by this hotel makes it a great choice.

10-14 Kasım konaklama yaptım. Kış sezonuna geçmeden bir gün önce konaklamam bitti. Hava güzeldi. Aquapark ısıtmalı olduğu için seçtiğim otelde, aquapark yetişkin ve çocuk aquapark ısıtma çalıştı ve gayet memnun kaldık. Alkol ve içecek konusunda yeterince iyiydi. Biralar şişe, dondurmalar paketli , elma kurusu dahi paketliydi. Yemekler orta üstüydü. Özellikle baklava ürünleri gayet iyiydi. Bir adet alacarte ücretsizdi. Gayet memnun kaldık. Bir eleştiri getireceksek, ızgara ürünleri yeterli değildi. Ürünler iyiydi ancak kendiniz alıyordunuz personel azlığından olabilir. Sahilinde yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Eğlence anlamında tarihe göre 2 gece canlı müzik vardı. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için düşünülmeden tercih edilecek bir otel.

Very nice hotel for travel with kids. Lots of activities, private beach, outside and inside pools (they are not advertising it but inside pool is heated!). Be prepared to gain some kgs as you can’t die from starvation in this hotel, you will be able to eat different delicious foods every mealtime. What we were missing this time was vegetarian pasta options. The public area, for example elevators needs little more cleaning.

5 out of 5 stars. This hotel is outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We traveled with children, and the hotel offers plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and polite. The animations were 5-star quality as well. We've stayed at this hotel three times now, and we absolutely love it. We originally booked a villa, but were later upgraded to a superior villa, which was even more incredible. The staff took great care of us, and we are grateful for their attentiveness. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next year!

I am deeply disappointed with our recent stay at this so-called 5-star hotel. It’s a shame that a hotel of this caliber resorts to misleading and scamming its guests. I booked a swim-up villa specifically because my 71-year-old father, who has recently undergone surgery and struggles with mobility, needed easy access to the pool. Instead, we were given a room on the first floor of a two-floor apartment block—far from what was advertised as a "villa." The hotel should make it clear to potential guests that these so-called "villas" are actually apartment blocks and that ground-floor accommodation is not guaranteed. When I raised this issue with the reception, they told me there was no guarantee of getting a ground-floor room and that all the villas were fully booked. They advised me to check availability every day, but each day, I was met with the same unhelpful response, all while I noticed other guests checking out of ground-floor rooms. The hotel simply chose not to cooperate. As a result, my father was only able to go down to the pool twice during our entire week-long stay. Our holiday was ruined. To make matters worse, the hotel is full of aggressive traders who constantly harass you to buy their overpriced goods and services especailly the sellers at the fur shop, spa center and the water sports. Instead of a relaxing vacation, we were subjected to constant harassment, with everyone trying to take advantage by selling overpriced services we didn’t need. Awful experience

One of the best resorts

The hotel itself was absolutely perfect for a toddler and kids of all ages. However we went in early May and the swimming pools were FREEZING - even the baby pool and splash park. The website states that the pools are heated but on some days they were only heated to 25 degrees C - that would be fine in the height of summer but when air temps were only 26/27 degrees it was just too cold to take a toddler in there. It ruined our time to be honest, we would go back but not until July/August when the pools would be usable. All of the kids were shivering and teeth chattering. Otherwise everything else in the hotel was great, little toddler restaurant really handy although it could do with opening a bit earlier.
