stayed there for 10 nights. good location, close to public transportation, walking distance to a lot of famous spots for tourists, overall friendly staff. i would normally rate 4-5 stars but the one and only downside (and this is huge) was that they had a boiler problem throughout my entire stay. the first room i checked into had only steaming hot water - literally steaming like i could fry up my skin - while some other rooms had no hot water. they couldnt fix the problem till I check out and i had to switch room three times. if you are cosidering this property I would definately make sure to check if they had fixed the boiler issue unless you enjoy extreme showers........

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, accommodating staff, floor to ceiling windows.

I enjoy the clean atmosphere along with the quiet time spent in the room.

Gostei muito da atendente da cozinha, mas me surpreendeu negativamente a forma como as atendentes do balcão de entrada me atenderam

Excellent location, staff and overall hotel. Our room was ready earlier than expected and bag storage was easy after check out. The only recommendation is if providing bar soap (which is appreciated for the environment), provide a more user friendly soap dish.

Hotel nuovo, camere spaziose. Prenotato un piano alto. Ottima visuale. Strada un po' rumorosa, ma siamo a New York! Struttura molto vicino alla metropolitana. Camere pulite. Piccolo disguido sull'ora del check out. Sulla porta della camera era segnato mezzogiorno per il check out. Si è rivelata una informazione sbagliata ma non ci sono state ripercussioni. Consigliato.

Lovely clean hotel in a great position, great facilities and helpful staff

ideal location for exploring NYC. Some great eating to be had nearby. The hotel was superb, city view was fab.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con el metro muy cerca. La habitación estaba muy limpia, moderna y sin moqueta, sin duda ha sido una buena elección para nuestra estancia en Nueva York.

We were disappointed that our room did not have many horizontal surfaces. There was no place to set luggage. There was no place for my wife to put her make up. The shower, while all fancy looking leaked all over the bathroom. The vanity was small. The lighting was not good at all. The TV was good. I had to actually ask for maid service. The staff were friendly and the morning coffee was high-quality.

Bianca and Wes at reception were great. Happy staff, easy checkin and and checkout, no drama!

Rooms were on the small side but very clean as were the common areas. Security could be better to be able to get to the elevators to the rooms. Staff was friendly enough but could have delivered all the information needed for one to have a successful stay.

Great location, close to subway. Quiet hotel, very clean, helpful staff and rooms were very spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
