My ac went down so i just needed something overnight. So it didnt have to ritz or Wyndam for that matter but this place has to be the Worst place ive ever stayed. When I got to my room I notice something crawling across my bed, it was a roach. Went downstairs to smoke a cigarette and a mice ran across the pavement in front of the entrance to motel. Save yourself the trouble dont stay here. Your be better off at MOTEL 6, and im not exaggerating!!!!!!!

Indoor pool was closed and clearly has been for a while. The exterior is in very poor shape. The hotel is right on a highway so it’s loud. They have a security gate around the building they keep the parking lot locked from 11-6 as the area is not very safe according to the man at the desk who was very nice. There’s several broken down cars in the parking lot. The interior of the room smelled strongly of mildew and weed. This seems to be the theme at many of the “choice” hotels lately. We will need to find another brand to go with for sure

Esperienza terribile, da italiano sono rimasto disgustato da come è tenuta la struttura e purtroppo ho dovuto passarci una notte siccome sono arrivato tardi e non avevo altre possibilità. È presente dello sporco in generale tra corridoi hall ecc, la vicinanza all autostrada rende le camere molto rumorose e alla richiesta di cambiare stanza dal lato opposto dell hotel ci ha cambiato stanza mantenendo il lato verso l autostrada, la stanza e corridoi avevano un odore sgradevole, la doccia non funzionava e la mattina abbiamo trovato un insetto millepiedi in bagno, colazione discutibile.

The hotel is nothing of what the pictures shows. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, room and hotel smelled of old smoke and pet urine. Strange activity was going on amongst the other guests and it honestly seemed as if it was a halfway house.

Beds dirty full of crumbs or something! Cockroaches on tables not enough towels for guests and when asked for extra towel they told me there was none!!!! And to top it off didn’t return my id and they never answer the phone.

Parking was convenient and room was clean and well furnished. Snack bar was stocked and had many options. Definitely would return.

My expreience wasnt bad but it wasnt the excellent either i would say average.

The property was unclean and the parking was very sketchy. We needed a extra towel and they told us they don't have extra towels. My deposit still hasn't been refunded to me. The front entrance was the only nice area of the property

It's a very unsafe place to spend the night. The first night my friend's car was hit in the parking lot and they didn't help her at all. Another person's car was stolen from the same parking lot.

Good and clean

Only got 3 Lamps for light source for the room, got fat god damn roaches, super nice staff tho

I had a room on the 1st floor, it was clean & comfortable but it had a slight mildew odor. I think the property is used as a transitional house die to the looks of some guests. Staff was great and Id consider staying again.
