Convenient walk to Disney

Walking distance to Disneyland, the reason for our trip. Employees were super nice and attentive. AC and electronics in room worked great! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and convenient. Beds were a little soft to my liking but was able to sleep fine. Only thing My family and I were not big fans were of the food services they offered as in the restaurants downstairs, the taste/flavor was just not there for us.

Appreciated the very close walk to the parks (took five minutes or so) as well as close access to convenience stores for forgotten items. Also appreciated the free breakfast (the kids loved making waffles each morning), the pool area, and the microwave and fridge in the room. Granted, we didn't spend too much time in the hotel since the majority of our time was spent at the parks, but it had all that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Well managed from front desk to daily maintenance. Good breakfast

Love the location and easy walk to Disneyland--you don't even have to cross a street. I also love the suite with two rooms for more privacy. The breakfast being included is also a wonderful addition. The price is also reasonable and a good value. We have stayed there before and would return. Areas for improvement: One of the rooms has the air conditioning in it so when the door is closed that room gets cold and the other room is too warm. The cold room has one thin blanket so we always have to ask the desk for another one (or two). Also, one room has a window into an atrium that has a light that shines all night directly into the window. Even when the shudders are closed it is still really bright.

Great hotel will definitely try and stay here again. The kids love it

Good area, convenient to the park, however, our beds were bad. Quite stiff and uncomfortable with butcher paper sheets. Maybe we just got some bad beds.

Hotel accomodations good, hotel amenities mediocre...Bed was comfortable and the pool was clean. Our room floor smelled like diarrhea even though I reported it. The smell never improved despite maid service. The room's bathroom is a nice size and the walk in closet is a plus. Breakfast is sort of gross and bland and gets borring because they serve canned fruit cocktail, powdered eggs, and frozen sausages every day, but other people seemed to think it was ok. Overall the hotel and breakfast menu could use a bit of a refresh but the staff was friendly and you can see their efforts to keep the facility clean.

Great customer service. I didn’t like that the toilet paper was not restalked and the hair dryer was not working.

I was frustrated as I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and was given 2 adjoining rooms. Normally this would not be a big deal except it was me my husband and 4 minors. The reason I booked the room I did was there is only 1 door to the hall. I explained to the staff my concern and the lady at the front was very dismissive of my concern with having 2 doors accessing the hall. Also the rooms we were given were street side with no blackout curtains so it never got fully dark in the room the shutters were broken. It was very loud both nights.

Big, spacious rooms, very clean facilities. The kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. 10 min walk to Disneyland Park. Would stay again!

Room service options and delivery were great. You are also right next to a 7-11 and a mini mart (you can instacart as well) so you literally have everything you need in one place. Staff were friendly and helpful. They hold your bags up to 24hr if your checkout is before your flight. Walk to Disneyland is 10min or less depending on how fast you walk. Be aware the west coast has much snobbier guests and tourists than Disney World. People walk sporadically and stop all over the place but get mad if you pass them.

The entire property is nice and clean. I like the room and lobby. The restaurant is convenient. Only drawback is the parking charge. Also i was told they will email me my receipt but havent received it. I was charged $70 for parking but total amount charged on my acct was $120

Enjoyable stay, fast check in and easy check out. The only issue was the AC in our room did not work properly. The room was 80 degrees on a California summer day. We went to the front desk they did send maintenance quickly which he changed the filter but after that still didn’t work. When we arrived the room smelled like humidity and was scorching hot. Once we turned the ac on it didn’t work after 3 hours being in the room. If you’re only planning to stay just to sleep this is a good option.
