Really nice and clean, very good breakfast

The property and room were clean,, spacious, and quiet. The big negative were the beds. The beds were extremely hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. We barely slept both nights. If this hotel had better beds it would be a 5 star property.

Nice hotel. Its about a 12min walk not 7min like website claims. But nonetheless it was great

The staff was friendly and helpful from Front Desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew to maintainance. Above average

I liked everything about the hotel, it was a good experience! I wish there was more food options in the breakfast dining.

Great location for walk to Disneyland. Safe walk. Some traffic noise but it’s a busy street. Breakfast was a hit. Nice eating out on rooftop. Zero complaints about hotel. And they let us checkin at 2pm in lieu if 3pm since our room was ready. That was nice. Thanks.

Recommended to everyone. Clean hotel and room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms we had fits 6, has everything you need and plenty on room. A short walk to the parks and many restaurants. Will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

The AC is motion sensored and we had to have maintenance come and fix it the first night. The motion sensor in our room never worked properly and when we returned to our room at the end of a long Disney day our room would be over 85 degrees. When asked for assistance we were told to wait for the motions sensor to kick it. It kicked in at 5 am. To were the room became so cold that we couldn’t sleep. When asked for help was told it was a motion sensor. Sadly very little sleep at night. It was either blistering hot or artic cold. There was no comfort temp we had it set to 73. Washer and dryers didn’t work. The washer charges $4 a load. Dryer the same. None of the dryers we used work. We tried 5 and different floors. When asked for help told that it’s third party there is nothing they can do. Lost over $20 just trying to dry clothes. The breakfast alternates breakfast items every other day. It was scrambled eggs sausage patty and potatoes. The next day sausage patties egg round and biscuits and gravy. All other options are full of sugar. Being a diabetic there were no options for me. The hotel isn’t bad and is close to the park. It’s a place to rest your head but that’s about it. The cleaning staff did bring us clean towels everyday and empty the garbage everyday which was nice. The day we had room service they did a good job. There is no freezer in the fridge.

This was the first time that we stood at this property and my grandkids loved it. We are already planning our 2026 trip to stay there.

Stayed for the CHOC Walk. Quick easy walk to Disney Land. Affordable.

Only problem was there was no hot water for showers , the problem was fixed later.

Hello! We actually wanted to point out that it was a little busy when we arrived but we still received excellent customer service from the front desk. There was only one person at the front desk, we believe or name was karina or kayla. She was excellent! It seemed the hot water was not working for the other guests and there were so many phone calls coming and she was literally taking care of those calls and us all gracefully! I am unsure if it’s because we got there late but I think having two people at front desk is always best. Anyways we hope to come again and receive customer service just like karina gave us!

Great breakfast! Clean rooms and housekeeping stayed on top of keeping the room with fresh towels! Love that it is close to Disneyland!

Amazing hotel , comfortable for everyone that stayed

Awesome stay at the Desert Palms. Very walkable to all parks and Downtown Disney and we liked that the hotel is on the right side of the street so we didn’t have to cross any busy intersections. The free breakfast was excellent and offered something different every day. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a stay close to Disneyland.
