Overall great location when traveling for a cruise

The full service restaurant never seemed to be open, but you could get hamburgers, flatbread, and salad at the bar. Everything was very expensive. The bed was comfortable and they gave us a late check out, which was very nice

Very noisy floor, no extra toilet paper in the room

The check in staff was very rude on our check in.

We had to wait 42 mins past our scheduled check in time to get into.our room

In the main room there was mold on some walls, base boards and carpet. In the bathroom sink the pull for the drain was broken with just a screw sticking up. The women's room was totally disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floors in the stalls and some outside the stalls. Housekeeping seemed they didn't check to make sure is was clean. Reported it to the front desk and a hour later still was a horrid mess. Hotel could really use some updates.

Hotel was fine, shuttle from airport was not great. Waited for 45 minutes.

The cookies are great. I liked the easy pick up at the airport.

Did not like that we paid a lot per night and then had to pay to park at the hotel. If you’re going to charge $400-$500 plus a night parking should be included. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

As camareiras podiam atender melhor

The room wasn't ready for checkin at 4pm. Had to wait almost an extra hr to get to the room, after arriving at the hotel at 10 am. Waited in the lobby, and my wife was harrassed for sleeping in the lobby while we waited.

The shower didn’t drain water and was getting clogged. The sink was broken and the AC/heater would make noise when turned on.

Great place to stay

Font desk phone was turned off and not turned back on when brought to the attention of the man who checked us in. Made excuses rather than fixing issue. No cookies for both days of stay and no effort to remedy it. Overall apathy from staff. My room was next door to a room where maids and staff would hang out and constantly slam the door. Air conditioning only reached desired temperature at night when the sun was down, it is obviously an old system that needs fixing. It is Miami and guests want relief from the Florida heat. The wooden furniture was painted an awful brown color and was very beat up. Hilton has really gone downhill, especially for what they charge-definitely not worth it. TV, room size and shuttle to airport were the only positive aspects of our stay.

Visit was excellent. Staff very professional and friendly. No problems with my room. Close to airport and shopping. Cookies are a plus. Thank you. Mini vaca was problem free.

I stayed on the Junior Suite which I payed over 300 a night and they gave me a room which the view was only the roof . Check that out before you get the room . Very unsatisfactory experience , to pay over 300 per night and still don’t have a nice view .
