Overall stay was cute. Staff was friendly and speedy checkin. Just wish the view was of the pool or something other than the parking lot

There is some construction happening but it didn't really interfere with our stay. Pool was fantastic

Hotel shuttle service naar het centrum was top elk uur heen en town voor half terug. Slecht was dat hotel in verbouwing staat. Zwembad en hoofdgebouw. Born hoor je al vroeg. Dit hadden wij graag eerder willen weten.

The hotel is not worth $261 per night. The rooms were just ordinary, the telephone in my room was not working and they couldn’t fix it. There was no option on the TV to connect my Netflix. However the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely they should take out the resort from the name. This definitely not a resort

The facility is in the process of being upgraded so the room we stayed in was already redone and very comfortable for a family of 4. However the bathroom tub was ok as it had paint marks and was a bit clogged. The staff came immediately to handle the bathroom.

Would have been nice to know they were doing renovations. We were on the 3rd floor and the rooms below us were being renovated (along with the rest of the property). Had to endure banging so loud that it sounded like they were in our rooms! Pool bar was closed, it too was under construction and had to walk around the mess just to get to the pool. Staff was super nice and you could tell they were frustrated as well.

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Didnt have any issues. There is some construction going on but was not a problem with me. Restaurant was good hamburger and coconut shirmp was good. I would not recommend bar, drinks tatsted watered down and they closed early. Pool was spacious but it was to warm.

There was trash in our trash can upon arrival and the room smelled absolutely terrible! I did not know that this place was pet friendly, and as a result, my son who is allergic to dogs, broke out in hives all over his body, and I had to rush him to the ER to get treatment. The front desk doesn’t seem to be worried about this. That said, the front desk supervisor was friendly and the location is close to the airport.

Excellent staff, and convenient ground transportation to Old Town Key West (straight to the Marina area at the north end of Duval). Hotel is undergoing room renovations and patio construction (lots of contractors, noise, and poolside construction). The outdoor patio and poolside bar were not even open during our entire stay.

Wish I was told they were under construction!!!!

This property is in the middle construction. They are grinding tile around the pool throughout the day. Dust and debris are everywhere. Noise is incredibly loud and there’s no notice of this prior to checking in or booking. Hallways smell like paint. The outside bar was closed. The AC in the room was so loud we could barely sleep. there was no AC in the hallways. In our hallway, there were dogs, barking, and distinct smells of marijuana throughout the day.

Staff is friendly but major renovation, leaky sink faucet, stained bath tub, outlets didn’t work, fire alarm testing, and power outage.

We liked on how friendly and helpful the staff are. But the hotel itself needs renovation. Otherwise, everything else is good!

The property was under construction and I was unaware. I booked this trip as a quiet get away for my boyfriend and I and we were very upset at the noise and mess around the property. The bathroom and mirrors were a little dirty and our balcony overlooked a construction site. Constant noise inside and out. Plus, our tv didn’t work. We were very excited for our trip so I was upset that this was his surprise. The hotel staff were kind and checking in was easy. I understand that there was construction going on. It would’ve been nice to know before arriving.
