Room was dirty. Was not vacuumed and there was enough weed on the carpets to roll a joint. The kitchen floor was sticky so along with the carpet, you didn't want to walk on floor in bare feet. All this to go along with a gross bathroom with hair all over the tub. Even my wife was grossed out and it usually takes a lot for that to happen. This wasn't a cheap room either at nearly $200 a night. Will not be staying here again.

Our stay was nice. FYI THERE SHOULD BE USB PORTS in room. Some travelers don’t have 12 vac to usb adapters. I don’t have on because I haven’t needed one because everywhere I have stayed has usb port somewhere in room.

Shower wasn’t really clean, also found some random stains on the sheets. Also, it looks like people were living here full time. If I was alone I wouldn’t have felt very safe at this hotel. Probably wouldn’t ever stay here again.

budget friendly room, moldy shower and dirty parts of bathroom, definitely a $90 per night kind of place. nuri at the front desk is an absolute champion though, he saved the whole stay.

Customer service was great. Easy check in , easy check out . Room was great , no problems

The entire inside needs a refresh! Furniture worn, curtains old, carpet dirty, floors in room felt dirty. For a nonsmoking room, there was a cigarette butt on the floor next to window. Nothing in the fully equipped kitchen, not even ice cube trays. Would not recommend staying there.

Staff were not at the desk . There was all Over mould. Carpet was bad . Trash was overflowing .All smoky smell

Disgusting. Would never recommend! Lobby, hallways and rooms Smelt so bad of tobacco and marijuana. Lobby had a leak on floors. Door didn’t open had to go back to main floor everytime. Rooms old and falling apart. Door knob also falling off. Walls chipped. Fridge gross. We checked on late or else i would have never stayed. Wore shoes at all times would NOT walk barefoot in room. Would never ever stay here again. Was gross n not ok for children to see all the drugs!

The property is old - refrigerator appeared to be at least 10 yr ran loud at night — window in room appeared to have like animal “slobber” elevator was dirty - dusty- towel rack rusty - beds soft and uncomfortable - staff nice and did well for what they have to work wish

As a whole the building is in pretty rough shape. Kitchenette was outdated and rusty. Room itself was in fine condition, for the price, on a concert night near Gillette, it could have been worse

This hotel is dirty from the moment you enter the parking lot, lobby and the room is in bad condition. The bed and towels had hair from a previous guest, also the drain in the bathroom had hair clogged in it.

The bathtub was dirty and unusable with liquid in the tub. The counter of kitchenette was not cleaned. The guests above us were stomping and taking until 4 am and started again at 6 am. Attempted to call the front desk and after hours number 3x with no response.

The room was very dirty bathroom had a piece of sheet rock missing, which is very unsanitary and very disgusting and on top of that it was very dusty. The room was not clean at all. It was disgusting. Poor customer service. Very old-fashioned not put together yeah take your money elsewhere.

the staff was freindly, the bed was clean , the floors were not only dirty but they were gross. the grounds were unkept and littered with garbage.

Had my dinner delivered and was stolen from outside my door. Outlets didn’t work. Room was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and probably older than I am. Hallways stunk like weed and cigarettes.

stayed for the day, it’s good for that. it was pretty clean and has ac as well as clean towels. I would say it’s good for 1 night.

This property was one of the worst hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. The smell of smoke and uncleanliness hung in the air for the entirety of our stay. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it...thankfully we noticed this and removed it. Bedding was stained and dirt was found in the bed itself. Hair left in the shower and just a general lack of cleanliness within the room. Save your money (and anxiety over bringing home bedbugs!) and stay elsewhere!
