Extended Stay America Suites Salt Lake City Sugar House

제가 머문방은 주방시설이 있어서 음식을 해먹기는 좋았으나 아침식사는 주는게 아니라 머핀과 과자를 가져다먹는 시스템이었습니다. 시설이 약간 오래된 느낌이었지만 직원들은 대체로 친절했습니다.

All of the staff with whom we interacted were super! Very friendly and helpful!!

First, the hotel parking is ridiculously difficult because of the drive through lane for Chick Fil A. You can't get in. You can't back out. My room was dated and just dingy. The bathtub and toilet were leaking loudly. The bathtub was multi colored from being repeatedly painted. The room certainly did not look like the photos. Small and cramped, not even a luggage rack. Using the side stairs there were homeless guys going through the trash. With exterior room entrances, I did not feel safe. I chose the hotel for the neighborhood which looked promising with lots of restaurants and services, but I was terribly disappointed.

We purposely selected an extended stay because we appreciate a kitchenette and not having to eat out. We got into town late and checked in. A flyer on the counter indicated that a coffee pot was not stock in our room. I asked the attendant for a coffee pot and after asking twice he dug one out of a lower cabinet behind the reservation desk. I then asked where the nearest ice machine was in relation to our room. He told me there was a gas station about eight blocks down. I initially thought he was joking. We got to our room and realized that though we had a coffee machine, we had no coffee. I attempted to call the front desk, but the phone was either unplugged or had another issue, as it did not work. I used my cell to call the front desk and the attendant brought coffee to our room. The next morning, we realized there was nothing to drink the coffee out of. There were no dishes or silverware in the room. Although the room was clean the bed was comfortable, the point of it being an extended stay was completely mute. The continental breakfast was just as lousy. It consisted of Nutrigrain bars and packaged Hostess pastries. There was no fruit or juice. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America Suite every again.

Everything was slightly dingy, needing repairs. Because of poor staff communication, we were locked out of the room and my husband had to stand in the cold post surgery. Staff was not particularly friendly. You get what you pay for, i guess.

The cupboards, microwave and tub were well worn but everything was functional. The location was great and everything was convenient.

Easy to get to off the highway with convienent eats and shopping.

The building is dirty, it smells bad from the moment you enter the elevator and the room has a bad smell, the tub is very ugly and dirty, the carpet is dirty and worn. The place is very unsafe.

The office closes at 10:00 pm which was not mentioned on the site information, so when we got there after 11 and there was no one in the office with no contact information or phone available, it made it difficult to get our room. When we did get someone to come to the office he was less than happy and after giving us the room key did say where the room was. We asked him where it was after starting to look and he said it was just down the center hall around the corner. It was actually all the way down to the end of the building which would have been much easier to get to once parking down there. The room was clean but evidence lots of very poor unprofessional maintenance in the bathroom.

Nice place to stay ,good location a lot of construction on the area make a little complicated to park

I cannot believe how filthy everything was! The place is run down which would be fine if it was at least clean… but it wasn’t!

Fast friendly check in. Nice 2-bed room. Super quiet on the weekend after Christmas.

The room was good sized. It was mostly clean, but I did find hair that wasn't ours in the shower. No hot water in the shower one morning, but it was hot from the sink. The staff was good. Except every night we had to get our room cards re-keyed every night and they kept blaming us even though we were not storing it with other cards or phones.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no breakfast pastry, juice or coffee in the lobby. Still, it was a great value.

Staff extremely friendly

A decent hotel is a location close to many things in the Sugar House area. Nothing too fancy but a good spot at a good price. Our room was small but had been updated. All we needed we spent our time out doing things. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

There blood stains on the mattress......didn't stay just left no refund

No shower curtain. No appliances what so ever.

I liked the river behind the hotel and the path. They were great to go walk. I also like that there is alot of shopping and food around the area to choose from.
