페어필드 인 & 스위트 뉴욕 맨해튼/다운타운 이스트

다 좋았지만, 위치가 별로였는데, 호텔 위치가 차이나타운 한 가운데라, 뉴욕에 있는 느낌은 들지 않았습니다.

주변은 차이나타운이라 좀 쩌분한 느낌이 듭니다만 호텔 바로 아래 아시아마켓이 있어서 식품들을 바로 살수 있어서 좋았습니다. 9.11 메모리얼, 자유의 여신상 페리, 부룩클린 브릿지와 가까워 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 빌딩이 새것이고 깨끗합니다. 아침 무료식사도 훌륭했습니다!! 다음에 또 들르고 싶습니다. 주변 환경 제외하고는 대만족입니다

호텔자체는 매우 만족하였습니다. 가격 대비 청결도, 서비스, 시설등 모두 매우 만족하여 다음 번에도 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다. 다만 위치가 차이나 타운 이었는데 주변의 환경이 지저분하여 안전도등에서는 조금 염려가 되었습니다.

This had to be one of the worst run properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. They checked me in at a certain rate and added $40 to cover incidentals. That should’ve been my first warning, as most incidental fees are not added to the rate, but put on as a pending charge. They told me the $40 would be refunded at checkout. However, at checkout, they told me I was charged the wrong rate and they would now be keeping the $40, and then wanted to charge me even more. I was told only the manager could fix this, however the manager always comes in late and wasn’t there. The hotel is run as a scam bait and switch, and you’re unlikely to get your incidental fees refunded. All who stay there should be cautioned as the rates can change at the whim of the staff, and you can’t trust anything you’re told in advance.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean.

I loved that fact i was by pier 17

Worst moment when you come in late night with your wife,fitst it was midnight the doors from the front were not locked, we proceeded to the elevators and there was a drunk person who did not belong to the building or was a guests who initiated and started spitting at me and the wife said a racial slur and puked all over me...worst moment ever

Property and grounds were satisfactory. The immediate surrounding area was dirty. However great location for my event. I would stay again.

Excelente opción para dormir tranquilamente

Solid hotel if unspectacular. Room would be cleaned but not hoovered. Minor issues reported to staff were not resolved. Location was very good and the rooms are very spacious and all the amenities were in working order. Breakfast is okay but could do with improvement.

It served it's purpose. It is located in China town and isn't too close to the subway.

We enjoyed our stay

We came to the hotel at noon asking if we could store our bags before check in. The staff was wonderful and was able to get us a room early. They have been helpful and welcoming. We have nothing to complain about. We will stay here again.

Fairfield Inn and Suites is a very good hotel in the heart of China Town. The staff is amazing, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. I will definitely be back.
