무료 조식은 매우 훌륭했고, 객실은 깨끗했습니다. 키웨스트 자체가 전부 오래된 건물이라 이 건물도 마찬가지로 옛날 건물이라는 느낌을 받을 후 있습니다만 내부 리모델링으로 실 내는 그렇지 않아요. 위치는 멀었지만, 추가로 내는 리도트 이용료에 셔틀버스비가 포함임으로 이용하면 매우 좋습니다. 매 정시에 출발하더라고요. 돌아오는 편도 있었고요. 컨시어지에서 예약해준 선셋크루즈는 너무너무 환상이었습니다. 조식 먹을때 화장실이 너무 청결하지 않아서 눈쌀이 찌푸려졌지만 그 이외는 모두 괜찮았습니다.

When we checked in, there was mold behind the toilet it took 30 minutes to get our keys, correct Maid Service did not come at all for three days overall it was very poor and would not go back

Chose this motel for a quick weekend with friends in Key West. It was not inexpensive (Key West pricing in general), but seamed reasonable compared to other area hotel and AirBnB accommodations. The pool and courtyard looked lovely and lush. I have to admit I never had time to check it out though. We really only used the hotel for sleeping. The room was clean enough; clean linens and towels, comfy beds, etc. But one night we did see a bug skittering across the floor when we opened the door and turned on the lights. I tried not to freak...it's Florida, after all. But I would have liked to see the external walkways swept and mopped occasionally. Dirt and grime had built up along the edges and corners, which did not help the overall impression of cleanliness.

Buffet breakfast included. Cordial staff willing to assist at all times. This hotel is abit older than others however is clean with daily room service. Round trip Shuttle transportation to downtown available on the hour.

Pleasant staff and very nice pool area, convenient location but hotel needs a serious renovation. Cracks on the floor, door to our room needed to be cleaned, textured walls were very unattractive. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle to downtown was a great amenity.

We paid for a suite and we were bummed about the accomodations. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Outlets near the bathroom did not work as well as in the area by couch. The security latch was held on by one screw. Again staff was great!

We were very displeased with our stay. We are from the west coast, and $750 for one night in a hotel should be a clean and nice hotel room. It was outdated and dirty - there was chewed gum stuck in the shower, broken shower parts laying on the shower floor, the ceiling had stains and holes in it, the room needed a deep cleaning and the seal around the door wasn’t tight, which allowed light from the parking lot into our room. As soon as we saw our room, we returned to the lobby and expressed our discomfort and were told that they couldn’t do anything for us, and that the hotel was full. Our family had a boat trip scheduled for the following day so we needed to stay in key west but if we hadn’t had that reservation, we would have left. We have never experienced anything like this with a Marriott and we feel very disappointed.

It’s a 7-10 minute drive to everywhere. The hotel feels more like a motel, and is extremely run down. According to the front desk staff they haven’t made any hotel upgrades in the past 10 years.

This property needs a major renovation! The common areas are beautiful but our room (suite) needed a complete overhaul. It was more like a prison cell than a hotel suite. I realize Key West is a pricey destination but the price we paid for the condition of our room was unacceptable to say the least. Not what I expected for a Marriott property. Very disappointed.
