저지가든몰 5분 거리고, 저지가든몰에서 뉴욕가는 버스도 있어서 가격대비 위치가 아주 좋음. 아쉬운건 주변에 식사할 곳이 많지 않은데, IHOP에서 조식뿐만 아니라 저녁도 해결할 수 있어서 나쁘지 않음.

체크인 체크아웃직원이 너무나불친절

Issues with airport pick up - we waited over 1 1/2 hours before pick up - could not communicate with hotel, since no one would pick up the phone

A good place to stay close to the airport. Shuttle worked well and on time. A little hiccup at check in as I booked and pre-paid the room at the time of the booking which was a few months ago but staff said it wasn’t so I had to look up credit card statement which took a while since I didn’t remember exactly which month this transaction occurred. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and limited but sufficient enough. Though when you don’t have too many choices for breakfast you should make sure that it’s plenty. They ran out of muffins which would have been nice to have with my coffee. Overall, good simple place to stay and reasonable price.

Hotel and room were very clean, bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Airport shuttle service was a plus. Breakfast could have been better.

I’ve stayed at this l park on before and had a decent experience but this time around it was pretty negative. I will probably avoid this location going forward. The front desk attendant was very standoffish and unfriendly — she gave us the wrong times for breakfast (gave us the weekday time instead of weekend). Overall not the best first impression. Our room was clean but missing shower gel (we didn’t notice until after midnight because we had been out all day in nyc so by then we couldn’t ask for a refill) and the toilet made a high pitched sound when flushed. Another major drawback was the very limited parking spaces. So be aware of that before booking here. It wasn’t the best experience this time around which is unfortunate because our previous visit was fine. Also, if you want to check in early it will be a $75 charge.

Everything was good, but it advertised a room with a bathtub, yet there wasn't anh bathtub in the room. Staff was kind enough to try to ammend the issue, but ultimately they changed me to a room that still had no bathtub. They did their best to try and correct my issue, even at 11pm but maybe not even them are sure what ia in each room.

This property is short staffed. The breakfast is not good at all. The air conditioning needs to be reset. We had to go eat at the Embassy Suites. I was disappointed.

It was not a good experience the room was hot and the air conditioning did not work in our suite. And later on we found trash behind one of the curtains in the room

Would definitely recommend, it’s a 10 minute walk from Jersey Garden Mall.👌

The websites states shuttle every 30 minutes, I called at 30 minutes to see if I had to call, and they said it just comes on a loop, at 50 minutes I just called an uber, got to the hotel at the hour mark, and the shuttle was still there, the bathroom wad dirty and had hair, wouldn’t recommend

Exelente Lugar

The hotel was old. The facelift poorly done. Phone not working. Plugs not working. Rugs dirty.

I like the peaceful feeling the hotel gives. The morning breakfast can do with some variety. It’s basically the same thing everyday.
