힐튼 가든 인 뉴욕/맨해튼-첼시

좀 오래되었고 타임스퀘어 10분 거리라 접근성은 좋았읍니다. 조식 없어서 좀 불편했읍니다.

All rooms were renovated and I satisfied. Convenient location with free breakfast. But sadly hot plates were not provided whole week.

The hotel seemed to be in need of quite a few repairs and updates. The bathroom sink in my room was leaking, one of the two elevators was out of order and the tv in my room wasn’t able to get a signal.

Great for basic stay if seeing something at MSG. 5 minute walk and closer to other things. But hotel room not cleanest… broken toilet seat, outlets hanging out wall and fridge not super cold. But ac worked well! Staff super friendly and helpful and no parking but garage close by has hotel rate with stamped ticket.

Really nice rooms, great staff, and good area.

Ottima posizione a 2 passi da penn station e empire. vicinissima alle fermate della metro 1, W ed R, hai la città in mano essendo circa a metà di Manhattan. Il personale è gentile al banco della reception. La colazione è dolce nel weekend e dolce e salata nella settimana. L'unica pecca gli ascensori che si devono attendere a lungo e qualche rumore alla notte di clacson...ma penso che questo sia un problema di New York. La camera à carina, letti non comodissimi ma con tanti cuscini di diverse durezze. Si vede che qualche manutenzione non viene fatta, come esempio cambiare assi rovinate, ma la pulizia è ottima. Ho viaggiato con un bambino.

El acceso

Great location near Times Square and Midtown attractions. Simple amenities but enough for a comfortable stay.

the hotel has 24 floors and 2 elevators. this morning one was out of service though no way to see that on floor 20. and the elevator call buttons did not work on floor 20 for the one elevator that was working. the call light went out as though elevator had arrived but no elevator. i hauled my luggage down 10 floors by the emergency stairs before seeing a cleaner who told me what was happening.

I dislike: the bathroom in the room: mold on the ceiling and very old bath tube (no photo on booking …) The moquette : a lot of dust 😞

We had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chelsea. The only complaint we had was that the AC wasn't powerful enough for the hot weekend, but otherwise it was great. The bathtub had some chiped lining near the drain as well, but it didn't bother us that much.

The room was very humid and the bathroom had a strange smell. The staff during breakfast was great! Lovely people.

Good location, okay facility, elevator was broken, we had to walk down from 23rd floor.

Nice room, weird beeping noise that they could not fix.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für New York sehr gut - ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist am Times Square. Das Hotel ist an sich in Ordnung. Der Check-In verlief super und auch bei Fragen wurde direkt geholfen. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird sich bemüht, es sehr attraktiv zu halten, aber bedürfte trotzdem einer Renovierung. Die Klimaanlage hat komische Gerüche ausgespuckt, das Badezimmer war sehr vermackt, an einer Stelle hatten wir sogar Schimmel. Das Bett war bequem, aber auch schon sehr alt. Zusammenfassend ist das Hotel in Ordnung für den Preis, allerdings würde ich bei meiner nächsten New York Reise ein anderes wählen.

Super caring staff (front desk, bellmen, restaurant, housecleaning). All went out of our way to make our stay memorable and pleasant. Great location for the tours we had planned. Would stay again
