In the morning, while still asleep, two unknown men opened our room door. They immediately apologized and left, but I was bewildered by what had happened. They weren't room service or cleaning staff; they were just adult men wearing casual clothes similar to workout attire. When I inquired at the front desk, they only found it odd as it wasn't a universal key, but couldn't explain why it happened. Also, during check-in, breakfast was stated to be from 7-10 AM, but that was for weekends; on Monday mornings, it ended at 9 AM. Not knowing this, when I went around 9:10 AM, I missed breakfast. It seems like safety issues need further improvement, and customers should be provided with more detailed information regarding hotel operations."

Well kept, clean, stylish rooms. Very spacious! Breakfast options were great and versatile. Check in and check out were a breeze. Loved that they had garage parking included! Would return in the future!

Super centrally located hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Room was spacious and clean. Only problem was that we arrived early and settled for a 2nd floor room. Unfortunately, above us was a running child. As Grandparents, we are ok with a little noise but for hours after 9 pm. Placed a call to front desk and they stated that someone had already called , yet the "running child" still was at it30 mins. later. Next time we go to the top floor!

Not a super helpful check-in

For the most part this property was above average; however, the pool and hot tub were not well maintained and both my wife and I have come down with a virus we have to believe came from sitting in a less than clean hot tub (we didn't notice the dirty looking foam until we got in). The pool area was also not clean, and other trash cans around the property were overflowing; making for a less than desirable look

It's brand new !

Property is very good but the breakfast and the staff who serve the breakfast is very unprofessional. This Is my second time staying in this hotel in past 2 years and the breakfast is worst then the first time, needs improvement

My grandkids and I enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable. The breakfast and service made my night!

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and continental breakfast was very good. We are very pleased with our stay and would stay here again in the future.

It’s always been a pleasure to stay with you !!! Except this time I was really disappointment when we got to our room and it was not clean, front desk is really helpful and ask if we wanted to move to another room or if they can clean it and I asked to clean but on the end nobody showed up

Nice hotel and very clean. Very new 2020. But far away.

We stayed in Homewood Suites for almost a week after my spine surgery. We were totaly satisfied and impressed with the hotel. I've been traveling a lot recently around the country and we definitely need more hotels like this. Hotel was super clean (even the tv screen in my room was perfectly clean - that was nice touch). Hotel had a modern layout. Front desk was friendly. Everything in our room was new, clean and comfortable. I even liked the carpet. Kitchen was nice and it had fullsize fridge. There was a big iron in the closet. Central air conditioning was quiet in our room with easy to use LG controller on the wall. Our room had LG tv (I think it was 4k tv) I wish I brought my xbox with me regardless. My only comment would be to update TV software so you can use your Netflix etc. accounts while staying at the hotel in addition to cable channels available. Complimentary breakfast was nice with fruits. I have not eaten such delicious apples in a long time. I'm hoping to visit Laguna beach once I get better. I will definitely be staying here again.

When checking in l was given a room with a roof top view,literally l was looking at multiple air conditioning units. When I called the front desk to ask for a better view they graciously assigned me another room. Thank You Homewood staff😊
