호텔 비피엠 - 브루클린 뉴욕

가격이 저렴한만큼 주위에 브루클린인만큼 무서움이 큼. 여자 혼자면 비추. 차라리 돈을 더 주고 맨하튼에 묶는 게 나음. 서비스도 별로였음.

직원들도 친절하며 아침 제공 상태도 좋고 객실도 리모델링을 하여 괜찮음. 야간에는 골목에 위치해 있어 위험하게 보였으나 몇일 지내가 보면 부근의 치안도 나쁘지 않은듯함. 주변에 소소한 마트와 Shop이 있고 무엇보다 지하철역이 가까운 곳에 있어서 이동이 편리함. 단, 엘리베이터가 느리고 층수가 표현이 안되서 답답한 면이 있음. 그 외에 나무랄데가 없는 숙소임.

지하철 역이 호텔에서 가까워 지하철 이용에는 큰 불편함은 없었지만 택시 기사에게 호텔 주소를 알려주고 가달라고 하면 한 절반정고 Street 이름을 알려달라고 하는 등 호텔 위치를 파악하는데 어려움을 겪었습니다. 이용하시게 되면 호텔 측이 꼭 street name을 알려달라고 하시는 것이 좋습니다. 교통 편보다도 호텔 이용 시 상당히 불쾌했던 건 호텔 방 청소 상태였습니다. 사용한 타올은 수거해 가면서 새 타올을 비치해 두지 않아 하우스 키핑 부서에 전화를 했더니 통화 중이고 프론트 데스크에 전화했더니 역사 통화 중이더군요. 밤이 너무 늦고 너무 피곤했지만 프론트 데스크까지 내려가 항의를 했더니 하는 말이 '밤에 하우스 키핑 담당할 사람이 올 때까지 기다려라'라고 하더군요. 너무 화가나서 그 전날고 사용한 타올울 가져만 가고 새 타올을 주지 않아도 컨플레인 안 했지만 어떻게 수건 한 장도 안 놔두고 갈 수 있냐. 이 늦은 밤에 언제 올지도 모르는 담당자를 씻지도 못하고 기다려야 하냐고.' 강하게 컨플레인을 했더니 그제서야 방으로 수건을 가져다 주더군요. 그리고 베드 정리도 제대로 해 놓지도 않았구요. 여러모로 상당히 불쾌했던 곳이었습니다..

역에서의 위치 맨하튼까지의 이동시간 전체적으로 만족. 객실청결도 보통수준. 다만 수입이 약한 것이 불편. 조식도 간단하게 할 수 있음. 가격대비 편안한 호텔

The room was dirty but it was ok for just the night stay

Staff was really friendly and very helpful when needed.

I liked the service. I didn’t like how the shower and toilet had loose screws holding things in place.

I tried to check into hotel at 2 different times at night. Both times I waited 15 minutes at front desk and nobody was there for check in. At around 11:00pm man finally shows up. Young girl was there trying to find him. She stated that he goes in peoples rooms often and she can’t find him. Once we finally got to our room it was filthy and smelled of urine. I demanded a refund and had to drive 2 hours home.

A guy stole from me and the attendant didn’t want to call police. Made a complaint to management as well.

On line it looks like a perfect place to stay. But when I got in the room. It was not clean. I had requested a king side bed ended up with a 3 fullside. And under the blanket there was a blont raped up. 😐

Poorly cleaned bedsheets and comforter. The Floor wasn’t properly cleaned as well. The air condition should be cleaned because it is dirty.

The hotel is a fraud the rooms don’t look as nice they walls were beat up & there wasn’t the stuff they guaranteed to have there .. no toothpaste cheap wash rags I Hadto walk to a store to get lotion and other toiletries that they said they would have in the rooms . I would NOT guarantee staying here ..

Arrived to check in to hotel with my family, including 2 seniors and a toddler, processed to be checked into 2 rooms on the 5th floor. Elevator was broken, with 7 passengers trapped inside. (FCNY had to come) Entire floor stank of weed, rooms were still dirty from last patrons. had to rent rooms at another hotel last minute and relocate, eating the cost of the two rooms.

The check in through hotels.com has been the worst experience I’ve had in my life. But this time I don’t blame The hotel, but hotel.com only. I was in the lobby for over one hour waiting for the hotel to get my confirmation and it never came. I had to cancel through hotels.com and book the hotel direct. When I called hotel.com again, the person on the phone said the system was down and for me to call back two hours later and this was almost 1 AM, you can imagine how upset someone can be. Because of the frustration and being upset,I Couldn’t fall asleep and lost more resting time. It was just a bad night through hotels.com. Thankfully the hotel Booked my stay but I wound up paying a little over $20 more.

Bed sheets were extremely dirty. They had even blood stain on the sheets!! The room and the bathroom was dirty. Every furniture had scratches. There was no hair dryer at the room. We had to ask and wait for it. Once we got the hair dryer, it was sticky!! We really wanted to leave the hotel immediately, once we got the room. But it was already late at night , and it was new year. So it was impossible to find another place . It was the worst experience of our all east coast experience.

Liked the area around it. The hotel itself smelled like weed everyday we were thereyet they had smoking fine postings. Interior of the hotel had damage, and bathroom sink had mold in the tub

No clean , almost no personal , no blower or iron in the room

The moment we got there we waited for 30min for the front desk attendant to get back to his job. He was being contacted via Walkie Talkie by the “security lady” who told us he was at the store. He walked in smelling like marijuana. We then check into the deluxe King room and are greeted with a Room set to 80 degrees and a smell of something electrical that had been burnt. The room was dirty, everywhere. Random baby pacifier in the drawer. Dirt all over the floor. The bathroom glass door had be spray painted terribly so you couldn’t see in. The toiletries like the shampoo and body wash they supplied are bottles that are refillable l (which hadn’t been at our arrival) which is a huge sanitary issue. The staff were expressionless and what I would seem quite useless had there been an actual serious problem. Also I’m almost sure people live there too given setup and vibe we got. This place is not clean nor does the hotel ownership seem to have any pride or value towards this hotel.

potrebbe essere un buon hotel se non fosse per i precari o assenti servizi di base. camere sporche, in cinque giorni rifatta solo una volta su mia richiesta, sporco nelle scale usate per raggiungere la camera al 5 piano con ascensore non funzionante, si ha l'impressione di un hotel agonizzante condannato ad un futuro totale degrado.Gentile il personale anche se molto passivo.Deludente!
