파니올로 그린즈 - 와이콜로아

조용하고 평화롭다. 복층구조로 윗층엔 투룸과 화장실이 각각 딸려 있다. 아침엔 테라스에서 커피를 마시며 새들과 골퍼. 넓은 잔디를 보고 저녁엔 석양이 너무 붉고 멋지다. 15분정도 걸어서 큰길따라 올라가면 왼편으로 KTA 수퍼 스토어가 있다. 청결한것 같고 카펫이라 상태는 잘 모르지만 벌레는 없었다.

조용하고 초록초록한 골프장뷰 좋았습니다. 주방용품 깨끗하고 청소도 잘되있고, 일정후 저녁엔 수영도 할수 있어 애들이 좋아했어요. 참, 세탁기도 잘활용했습니다(세제도 있음) 리셉션 직원도 친절하고 전반적으로 만족했어요~

사진보다 실물이 훨씬 좋아서 놀랐어요! 넓고 깨끗하고 세탁기, 주방용품, 식기세척기까지 없는게 없을 정도로 넘 좋았어요 2박 했는데 다음에 기회가 된다면 장기간 지내고 싶어요^^

It was good enough. We really didn’t use the facilities. I was a bit disappointed at the location at first. But we spent most of our time traveling the coast line and stopping at different beaches and hikes. The condo is a bit dark with low ceilings. We paid more than we should have on Hotels.com

Quiet, spacious, well kept units with lots of amenities. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. Lots of storage space. We stopped at Costco on our way from the airport (about 35 mins away). Loved seeing turkeys, nenes, and golfers on course from our back balconies.

Spacious unit and good pool/amenities, though it was a bit of a walk to get to the pool from our unit.

I got a black out in the morning during my stay. So I could not prepare using any electric.

There was a lineup (45-ish minutes) for check in; however, everything following check in was amazing. Condo was clean and had more than enough space for 4 adults. Staff were friendly and attentive to any needs. We stopped by the front desk numerous times to pick up more coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and kitchen garbage bags. Staff were always quick to provide these refills. Renting beach chairs was easy, too! We enjoyed the pool amenities including corn hole and foosball. Location provided easy access to all parts of the island. Highly recommend Paniolo Greens and plan to stay there again next year!

Great property that is far superior to a hotel. Having a full kitchen and laundry, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for the same or less expense as a hotel makes Paniolo Greens my favorite choice on Big Island.

Spacious units but a little worn. Beautiful location.

Needed beach towels and coffee filters

Es war eine sehr große Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Direkt vor dem Haus gab es einen kostenlosen Gasgrill. Es waren viele Handtücher da und sogar zwei Badezimmer. Man konnte direkt vor der Haustür parken, alles sehr schön.

Very nice property with beautiful sunset right at your door. Very nice staff, ample coffee and supplies refill. would go again.

We returned here for the 7th or 8th time.

My stay with Paniolo Greens was amazing. Very relaxing & having fun at the pool & playing a game of pool in the center. Grill area for lunch or dinner time. Friendly staff. Checking in was quick & easy. The only thing that was bothering was that you could hear your neighbors. I was staying in was building A. A211was slamming doors, talking very loud & staying up way passed the hour, 3am is when they went to sleep, which is @ 10pm is the last hour for noise. Wish it was bit more sound proof. Other than that is was perfectly fine. Big condo AC 2 bedroom upstairs 1-king 1-queen 2 bathrooms/shower combo, washer/dryer, downstairs 1-sofa bed a huge kitchen, stove, microwave dishwasher, refrigerator, sink. Living room table, chairs, tv. Outside patio, nene birds & turkeys. Well worth it.

Nice grounds on the property. Quiet time should be enforced. Loud voices outside sleeping quarters were an issue at night.

This is a beautiful, peaceful property. I would highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning in the future. Mahalo!

The unit we stayed in was well appointed and had everything we needed. They supplied much more than other timeshare units we have stayed in. We have arrived late and had enough toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc. to get us through the first few days. The decor was modern and, although the unit was surface cleaned, it could definitely use a deep cleaning. We had an issue with the dishwasher and dryer, both issues were resolved quickly by maintenance. The office staff was very friendly as was everyone we met on the grounds. There is only one small pool and hot tub at this location but we never found it overcrowded. It’s very close to the stores and Restaurants at Waikoloa but is a 30 to 40 minute drive to downtown Kona. We appreciated the location, but if you want to spend a lot of time in the Kona area, it might be a little far. The first seven days we were staying with our timeshare and found out that you need to pay $10 a day for air conditioning. We booked three additional days directly and apparently you don’t have to pay for air conditioning for those days. We did not wind up needing the air conditioning at all the whole time we were there but it’s something you’ll want to be aware of. Because it’s up in the mountains, a little bit, there was always a beautiful, cool breeze in the evenings. You need to be very mindful of the speed limits, we saw many people getting speeding tickets when we were there. Overall, I would recommend the Resort.

We stayed here about 10 years ago and it has certainly aged over that time without not many updates. They were a little reluctant to let us use the pool on checkout day which we thought was weird given that our flight left at 9:00 pm. Other than that it was roomy and had what we needed at a decent price.
