The room was very clean and well kept. The Ice machine on the outside was out of order.

We reserved a non smoking room the room they gave us reacked of cigarette smoke. The sheets appeared to not be fresh there was hair on sheets and pillow cases , the comforter was stained, the restroom smelled unclean.

Bed was old you could feel the metal spring

I had to bang on the door to check-in, I rang the doorbell several times. I could see the worker on her phone in the lobby. The toilet leaked and the hair dryer did not work. The bed spread had cigarette burns all over, we were in a non smoking room. The pictures did not match the room.

Bed is only springs no mattress. Dead roach appears the next morning.

this place had hidden charges not associated with the website and overall staff was horrible 100 dollar unlisted charge with 75 dollar charge on your card plus the room and the charge me for it even though I canceled in person after be notified at the front desk by a horrible staff and unclean lobby wound give 0 stars if i could please avoid at all cost they are scamming you out of your money

Within 2-3 days, I killed 3 roaches and a 4th got away. After that I didn’t see any more (during one week stay): There were a lot of rust stains in the bathtub, around the circular disc just under the faucet. I used a hand towel twice, then discovered what looked like someone had blown their nose in it. The sheets were clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the floor and carpet were clean.

Pros: the a/c worked great The beds were comfortable Cons: the first room we were assigned reeked of weed. So badly we had to ask for another room immediately (my wife is pregnant and couldn't handle it). The new room had stains on the carpet, stains on the duvet covers, the bath tub was stained and grungy, the tv was barely viewable it was so fuzzy, no ice machines worked because, per the office, people used them too much, the outlets were so worn out our electronics couldn't stay plugged in, the toilet had to be flushed multiple times to flush...you get what you pay for. We will spring for better next time. We left a day early to avoid staying another night.

Es un hotel descuidado, las alfombras sucias, huelen a cigarro las habitaciones, las toallas sucias y en las madrugas y muy temprano pasa el tren si tienes el sueño ligero no podrás descansar ningún día

Everything was awesome and the personal are very kind

We did not stay here. The entire property has a shady feel. We did not feel safe enough to stay.

Bed was uncomfortable, nats were all over, baby roaches were in the bathroom.

From used towels on the wall to sketchy people smoking weed outside my room this was an overall bad experience. I'd love to get a refund but I havent even gotten my 75$ deposit back.

The room I was staying in had a leak and mold that I complained about on more then one occasion and no one came to fix it or transfer me into another room

The property is good overall, but I dont know if it has several long term people that stay there.. a couple of times people were sitting outside their rooms in camping chairs or just sitting outside their rooms
