화장실 세면대주변이 청결하지 못했지만 대부분 룸컨디션과 매일매일 룸 청소와 정리를 잘해줌

PROS 1)Safe and affordable location (5 mins walk from Times Square and Central Park, MoMA is 1 block away and Subway station has 3 different train lines right next to the hotel) 2)Nice and clean facilities 3)Good view (Central Park view covered by other buildings on north side) 4)Strong enough shower head water pressure 5)Big closet, ironing board and electric ironing machine offered 6)Room windows are openable (limitedly) 7)Many kind employees on duty 8)Deli shop just across the street CONS 1)No fridge in rooms (you can pay per days if you request for one) 2)No global electricity outlet, you must prepare a global adapter 3)Destination fee is not in option, you cannot choose to pay or not 4)Big conferences are held frequently and many airline crews are staying, the lobby and lifts get quite crowded many times 5)No electric pot provided (only a coffee machine only fits coffee capsule provided 2 a day from the hotel) TIPS 1)They hold a $150.00 deposit from your credit card and it is not included in your destination fee 2)Free Wi-Fi is included in your destination fee

Don't be fooled by the Sheraton name, this hotel has seen better days. Its location is excellent, but the rooms need refurbishment. But NYC being so expensive, one could say you get your money's worth. The hotel staff is quite helpful.

Front desk staff were excellent. The staff in the front bar were poor. They were rude. I took off the 15% gratuity and they still put the full amount through.

I like that there was onsite parking, but $190 for 1 day 22 hours and 46 minutes was OUTRAGEOUS!! And that was with a 10 percent discount! The location is fantasic.

I was trapped in the elevator by machine trouble, and it took 1.5h to get out from there... The inter-phone to connect outside didn't work (we could hear them talking, but our voice wasn't delivered to the support stuff) We have to wait 1.5h without any support nor info. I had to message to my colleague to send someone for rescue, but no one reached out. Eventually, the elevator suddenly moves, went up and down for several times (which was also scaring), then stopped at basement floor. It was the most scaring and uncomfortable experience I've ever had. IDK if they regularly check the equipment or facility, but definitely you have to be careful when you get on elevator number "H2" I'll never use this hotel.

Great location! Service was ok , rooms were comfortable, good bed and pillows, rooms are very outdated, but overall good stay !!

Elevator system is a disaster! Rooms and bathrooms are small! Free breakfast is great though. Staff is friendly!

Excellent stay overall. Shower, sink poor drainage.

Due to some construction going on, it was not super attractive. The room/beds were small. No refrigerator in the room. No washcloths.

excellent location close to subway, restaurants, theatres

Very nice and clean. The room was taken good care of by housekeeping. The hotel is located in a central location to all the attractions.
