By far the best hotel i been to in florida. Staff was really helpful im wheelchair bond so i hate to bothering people about it being eco friendly for me as i cant really move around most rooms are not to wide but staff helped making it as comfortable as possible. Loved Loved breakfast thats like what made me fall in love.

My family of 3 including our 7 year, just finished our week stay while visiting Disney world and our stay was amazing. From the breakfast, staff, pool and room we couldn’t ask for better. The mini fridge was perfect for our daily snacks and drinks. The location is a short drive to the parks and very close to a small target and restaurants (walking distance) if you don’t have access to a vehicle. The only complaint was the included free shuttle service. The times we limited and hard to get as it would book up fast. We did rent a car ( thank goodness) but decided one day to use the included shuttle, the driver was very pleasant however when we scheduled the shuttle to leave it did not show up and we ended up having to wait to the latest shuttle with a very tired little girl which made a very unpleasant experience after a long day at the park. We had to wait 2 hours. Going forward we will definitely be staying again and just continue to drive and not use the shuttle. Definitely a good stay and I would recommend.

Easy to get to, the rooms seemed renovated, but the cleaning staff didn't clean the couch after previous guests. There was a sauce stain and bread crumbs all over the couch. When taking the shower, water leaks out through the glass door and ends up on the tiled floor in front of the sink, it's a slipping hazard. The parking lot was 1/4 full, they are in the middle of the swamp land and they charge for parking???!!! Really??? I can understand if it's in downtown New York or Boston or Philly, but you don't charge for parking in the middle of the country. There was plenty of room to let hotel guests park for free.
The bar only had $9 cans of beer, no glass beer, no beer on tap.
Breakfast was good, decent selection to get you going. Staff was friendly.

I enjoyed my stay got some much needed rest after coming from my cruise and universal studios! Also flamingos bar and grille was a 10/10!! Danny was my waitress and she was so nice and recommended me the perfect drink! If I’m near that area again in future, Springhill will definitely get my business!

The breakfast was so good and convenient to have on site before heading to the parks. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with our first room (on the first floor). The AC/compressor unit made a lot of noise at night time and we couldn't sleep. My husband had to request a room change in the middle of the night. The staff was so responsive and helpful right away...and they switched our room immediately. I was impressed on how accommodating they were. I would stay here again and hope for a quiet room from the very beginning. Sometimes these things happen but what matters is that the hotel staff responded positively right away. The shuttles to the parks were very convenient as well. I recommend this hotel.
