No Breakfast. Not very prompt in replenshing coffee cups, etc once they are exhausted. Carpets needs more cleaning. Rooms are big and okay. However, I had to change my room once as some of the items were broken.The hotel is 10 min away from RIT and major shopping areas.

The beds are the worst. Everything sinks in the middle the pillows smell like sweat. I'm now walking around with a stiff neck it hurts to look to the sides.

Hotel was under construction, but it was still a nice property and I slept well. No breakfast, which was a big disappointment.

My stay at this Super 8 was unacceptable. When I arrived, the floor was still wet and dirty. I requested it be mopped, but instead I was only given a towel to wipe it myself—the towel turned completely black from the dirt. The sheets were not fully clean, and the base of the bed was stained as if from water damage. There was also a large bubble in the wall/ceiling that was leaking, making the room feel unsafe. The walls were extremely thin, so I could hear everything from the hallway. On top of that, the hallway smelled rank, heavily of curry, and was very unpleasant to walk through. Overall, the room felt dirty, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. This is not what guests should expect, and I would not recommend this location until major improvements are made.

The room was showing some wear. The beds were comfortable.There was no breakfast served even though Hotels.com stated such. They do have coffee and hot water, but they ran out of coffee.

Excellent location in downtown area with access to public transportation right at the doorstep. A all day pass for $5 can take you to all places around the city.

The breakfast was a joke, a baggy of prepackaged foods No house keeping service unless it is asked for.

It was fine but was missing some basics. There was no soap/shampoo or even plastic cups in the room. Also, the pillows did not have pillowcases. That being said for the price it was good. Location was good and staff was helpful.

The hotel could use some upkeep and more cleaning. If you say you have continental breakfast then provide it. I was disappointed to find nothing but lukewarm watered up coffee.

Advertised free breakfast, housekeeping. Neither one existed. You could request housekeeping every other day. No continental breakfast. Plumbing in shower didn’t work. Tub filled up to knees when showering.

Advertise breakfast when you book. When you arrive there’s a sign that says no breakfast is served. The bathroom was dirty. Mold all along the shower.

The listing says that the hotel includes breakfast but there was a sign saying breakfast had been discontinued but they still had coffee service. Well, the coffee machine was broke the day we were there so we had nothing!!! Super disappointing

As a family of five, we rely on hotels that provide breakfast as it’s quick in the morning and it really adds up when you have to get breakfast separately. We book this hotel as a full breakfast is shown in advertised on the pictures. When we arrived, they told us breakfast was discontinued and there’s not even coffee available. You would think the hotel is about to shut down. The whole dining area still had the waffle makers and everything but a big sign in front of it saying it was discontinued and the chairs were flipped over on top of the tables and everything. No coffee nothing. We contacted Expedia to see if we could get a refund as it is false advertising. We were hoping they would refund us and then chase the refund from the hotel, but after speaking with multiple level of customer service, they told us that it was up to the manager of the hotel to refund us or not, we were very upset and not pleased at all with Expedia customer service.

Great location off interstate 390. Room and linens were clean. Dislike: Breakfast was not offered although all advertising at the time the reservation was made said the price included breakfast. I think coffee was available but I did not have any.

You could only get room cleaned after check out but not during your stay. And if you needed clean towels you had go to Front Desk yourself

No elevator Air conditioning worked well No hair conditioner- only 2 in one shampoo- although ours was empty, as was the body wash. No hand soap
