fine but noisy

방도 넓고 깔끔하니 좋았습니다.

깨끗하고 무엇보다 방이 넉넉해서 좋았습니다. 뉴욕에서 위험부담 없이 선택할 수 있는 호텔체인입니다.

호텔의 위치는 굉장히 좋아서 왠만한 곳들은 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리였습니다. 그런데 히터가 제대로 동작하지 않아서 온도를 높여놓아도 계속 차가운 바람이 나오긴 했습니다. 욕조가 없는 것도 조금 아쉽더라구요. 매일 생수 2병을 리필해줍니다. 대신 미니바에는 먹을게 하나도 없어서 놀라긴 했습니다. 나머지는 모두 만족 스러웠습니다.

Excellent location. Very close to Times Square, Central Park and 5th Avenue. King room is big and spacious which is a plus for Manhattan. Bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing The gym is ok The only thing that could be improved are the lifts. During busy times you could wait for about 5 minutes

The room is clean and everyone is friendly

Perfect place, close to main areas to walk to, close to subway stations if you need to. I’d look for this hotel’s rate before checking any other hotel.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, and upscale. We loved everything about it and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location-wise: good choice. Walking distance to major attractions (Times Sq., theaters, etc). Walking to Central Park took less than 15 min. Staff in lobby was great. Housekeepers are wonderful. I had two issues while staying here. The first was a double charge. I had made reservations through Expedia and called ahead of time to find out if the property would accept a debit card for incidentals (which they do) and to find out incidentals deposit ($100 since all fees were paid through the Expedia reservation). When I checked in, the representative confirmed all of this, but my card was charged for the full stay, which I only saw when I checked my bank account. When I inquired about it, the same rep said that Expedia never charged me for the reservation. I decided to contact Expedia since I knew they had charged my account. Expedia contacted the property and the manager said he’d reverse the charge. However, the funds would only go back into my bank account in a few days. It was promptly handled on their end, but a major inconvenience. The second issue was noise. Loud guests throughout the day, but the worse was in the middle of the night — some sort of altercation or argument in the hallway— which woke me up. You can hear conversations through shared walls. One final note: there was a panel on the bathroom wall under the sink (looked like a plumbing access panel) which was open. I had to pile up tissue boxes to keep it shut to feel safe. Glad it was a short trip.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was up to date and very clean. The walk-in shower was larger and very clean with side nozzle sprays in addition to a spray from above. Our room included a Keurig coffee maker and we were able to get extra coffee when we asked. Creamer and sugars were also provided. We are walkers, and we felt the location was great. We walked to Central Park, restaurants, Times Square and a different theater every day that we were there. The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows. We would definitely come back!

Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Reinigungsfeen sehr gewissenhaft und hilfsbereit, wenn etwas fehlte. Das Hotel selber ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am Central Park, nicht zu weit vom Times Square entfernt, aber doch weit genug, um den Trubel nicht unmittelbar vor der Tür zu haben. Mein Zimmer an sich bräuchte ein update, die Vorhänge sind nicht vollständig befestigt, die Schränke abgewohnt und angeschlagen, in der Dusche ist der Auslaufschutz an der Tür lose. Aber im Veerhältnis zum Rest eher Kleinigkeiten.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Cleaning was mediocre; the bathroom and surrounding area were clean, but the bed sheets were stained. They changed them, yet the new ones were also stained. The duvets had no covers; they were only wrapped with a sheet, meaning you directly touch the duvet while sleeping, and it’s not washed – you’re sharing a common duvet. There was no heater in the room, only cooling. The housekeeping staff were very polite, but the luggage storage attendant was the rudest and most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered. The Hilton brand should have offered better. It didn’t meet my expectations.
