Water Park was great. Room was not properly stocked (3 towels for a suite booked for 5 people, no tissues. Minor issues. Only complaint was that they did not open the waterpark on time.

The dining options were not great and the food wasn’t that good.

Saw a lot of dust in the room, towel was not clean found hairs.

The water park part was excellent. But the hotel part was not pleasant. I wish they could do more on the hotel part for guess staying there.

The property was kept clean, however the room next to me and above me had kids running around and jumping at 1am. So much for quiet hours to rest.

If they know the property is going to be sold out they need to bring in more cleaners so they can help turn our the rooms faster. We drove 4hrs away just to get to check in which was suppose to be 4pm but we didnt get our rooms until like 630pm. The water park closes at 7pm and we was only here fir 1day. It was a very big inconvenience because i traveled with my 10 kids who just wanted to put they stuff down and go play. Although the girl at the corner was very polite and tried to accommodate us by putting our perishables in the fridge it just was a big inconvenience because i tried to time it just right and the resort dropped the ball. Also when we did get to the water park the floor in the lazy river was slippery and my 5yr old fell and got a huge cut so it should be mandatory for water shoes. Other then that we had a good time.

Need more electric car chargers

Second time at this resort, and I gotta say I’ve been to a lot of waterpark resorts, even bigger ones, but Kartrite is by far my favorite. The staff at other places? Honestly, not great. Super strict with kids and families who are just trying to have fun and relax for a couple days. But here, they really get it. They treat people right, make everything easy, and actually help you enjoy your time. It just makes the whole experience better. The only tiny, minor thing they have to improve is the pizza at the waterpark, horrible, wow lol. Way too thick and not cooked well at all.

Me encanto el area que hay para convivir con esas fogatas a mis hijas les encanto pasar tiempo ahi afuera alrededor de la fogata, ellas disfrutaron al maximo los juegos de agua todo muy bello.

Very beautiful resort / waterpark, stayed with my husband, two kids under 2 and my mom. We loved it only thing is the food is pricey for something that isn’t as good and also room service should be better as in front desk answering the phones to restock room amenities but other than that staff was great our room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is check in kind of frustrating since we drove over 2 hours, but around 6pm I went to ask and they gave us an upgrade and accommodated us with another beautiful room grand family suite with a balcony. Overall loved it we came here for my sons birthday they both had fun which is all that matters!

Loved the water park , didn’t like that the ac turned on to motion only and I couldn’t control it

Lugar muy bueno para disfrutar en familia, todos los empleados tienen excelente servicio para los huéspedes, especialmente la chica de la piscina en el área de surf.

Rooms are well kept everything was just right Family friendly and the life guards are extremely vigilant and caring. There was a feeling of safety all around. Cleanliness was visible all around both indoor/outdoor. Great changing rooms with shower option was a plus. Loved every moment of my stay .

When we arrived we had to wait an hour and a half for the room keys due to an unexpected charge that they made us aware of at the time of the reservation. In short, we lost two hours of enjoying the pool because of this. The cleaning was terrible, my room was not cleaned at any time, and even in the hallways there were pizza boxes and garbage sticking out of the garbage near the elevators, the gym machines do not work nor do the gaming machines, I won some tickets the guy said they would be added to the card but they did not. Ahhh and the buffet breakfast did not work, that place should be better managed, as for the staff both the restaurant, the older lady and the bar were very friendly and offered good service, also the food runner was very friendly.

- I took the coach bus from port authority (9:20a), which I think is a great option for families that don’t drive, like myself. But I feel when you book your stay, an option for earlier check in for people taking these long bus rides should be an option. Not being able to check in 5 hours later from your arrival (11:15am) is a bit inconvenient. Although you can utilize the facilities for those hours. Being comfortable after hours of travel is priceless. (Check in 4pm) - When I arrived to my room the bathroom toilet was soiled, dirty. Like some just used it. - additionally as I had 2 little ones on my trip the food seemed very limited. Restaurant Eat eat eat displayed only being open Saturday and Sunday 8a-11pm but on Monday they were open for breakfast. Which I had grabbed quick bites at high-line. I wouldn’t have if i knew it was open. One night Eat eat eat were open unexpectedly for dinner. When I ask the staff why they were open, she seemed confused as to why and unsure if it would be open the next day. So Every night for dinner, I had taken an Uber to local places to eat. I asked staff if the shuttle on site can be utilized, i was told i can. When I waited the 20 mins for a shuttle as signage states , it never came after 45 minutes. - The staff were really nice and helpful at the front desk.
