너무 비좁아서 불편해요. 침대 옆 탁상과 옷장이 가구의 전부입니다. 침대 외에는 잠깐 앉아있을 곳도 없고 물건들을 올려 놓을 곳도 없습니다. 캐리어를 바닥에 펼쳐 놓아야 했는데 바닥에 먼지와 머리카락이 많아서 옷이나 물건이 바닥에 닿을까봐 찝찝했습니다. 처음 배정방은 객실 화장실 천장에서 물이 떨어져서 말씀드리니 같은 타입의 새로운 방으로 바꿔주셨어요. 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 하지만 좁고 청결하지 않아서 다시 방문하고 싶지 않아요.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming! And I loved the modern look of the hotel!

This hotel is perfect if you just need a bed to sleep in. It's clean, new, and super close to public transportation. But, if you're looking for a peaceful and comfy spot, this isn't it. The rooms are super small (less than 300 sq ft!) and not soundproofed at all - you can hear everything! Staff cleaning, people walking by... it's all pretty loud. If you're traveling with someone, be careful navigating the bed area - it's tight! Maybe mention that on the website? On the plus side, they do have a cool rooftop with a fun perk: $40 per person to spend on drinks! Anyway, it's a decent option if you just need a place to rest, but if you want to chill and relax, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great boutique hotel! Beautifully designed rooms and very clean.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, we even did a paid upgraded to the penthouse and had an amazing time. The only downside was a door near our room (to what I believe is the employee bathroom) that slammed loudly at all hours of the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Stylish stay in Chelsea! Very clean, easy to find nearby parking, and walkable to lots of dining options. The rooftop bar was also a great area to hang out with nice city views and delicious drinks! Our stay was for an event at Hudson Yards and it was just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again!

The $40 token chip was a nice surprise and I used it on breakfast in the lobby for my husband and I. Great coffee and croissants. Overall very nice hotel and comfortable stay.

Just a wonderful little boutique hotel in Chelsea. Very European in feel. Lovey helpful staff. Fantastic walkable neighborhood. Love each stay here

Great stay at The Moore. From rooms, to roof top deck, morning coffee and gym, the property was perfect for exploring Chelsea and Manhatran

The rooms are very very tiny, but that’s traditional for New York. Beyond that it’s clean, it feels safe, and the staff are wonderful.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de una estación de metro, a un par de calle de highline. La habitación es pequeña pero con una distribución excelente, el diseño es muy bueno y la limpieza impecable.

Very clean and charming hotel. Great customer service, very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and customer tokens that we used to pay for tasty breakfast pastries and wine at the bar. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, the staff, the hotel room, the service. 5/5 and I would go back again. The only concern was that the rooftop always seemed to be “closed due to weather” so we never got a chance to be up there and enjoy a drink.
