Nothing is comfortable.....

I was a little surprised by the limited options in our room. There was zero extra blankets or pillows Only 2 towels and a bath mat No hand towels or facial rags. Mini fridge was locked and was not useable so leftovers were wasted Hallways to rooms were old dingy and dark Room view was amazing! Staff very kind Elevators- only one in operation and everyone had to wait for several minutes to get up or down to their floors. Personally feel for the amount of money we paid for our room we should have had access to mini fridge and had full set of towels There was also no access to rooftop lounge area - one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Great location however the hotel is very ran down. The picture are not up to date at all. Only one working elevator and the hotel looks like it’s falling apart. The bathroom were very disgusting to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable putting my bare feet on them. Book at your own risk.

Could have been a little cleaner but staff was amazing. Especially the receptionist Sabrina.

Misleading Photos & Poor Experience Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The pictures shown on Expedia do not accurately reflect the property or rooms in their current condition. The reality was a musty room, poorly cleaned bathroom, no microwave, no breakfast, and refrigerator barely working. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations of cleanliness and comfort. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

View of the room was nice our room didnt have hair dryer and when i asked for it receptionist said they have none. But later cleaning lady helped us out and provided one for our last 2days of our stay

There is a death in the family so U couldn’t attend. I notified this hotel and they refused to cancel and refund me. This isn’t a missed flight, this is a death yet they couldn’t accommodate a grieving customer. I will never book again.

friendly staff, great location with the perfect view, huge room. There are ice machines in each floor but unfortunately no water dispenser.

Terrible property. Location was the only positive. I could write an essay about the property degeneracy. 6 elevators, only 2 worked. And they didn’t work for the same area of the hotel. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, poor hotel room doors, ghetto paintings. Need I say more?

Convenient to public transportation and variety of eating establishments for all budgets.

Good location. Bed was comfortable.

Its time for a facelift...tile in bathrooms, tired Only 1 elevator working and barely working

They had 3 elevators only 1 worked and me and about 10 other people was stuck on the elevator for approximately 10-15 minutes!! And was told it was nothing they can do about . I was notified to leave a review smh . I can say arriving staff was wonderful very welcoming , however I was told that early check in was available but unfortunately the room was not ready so I did have to wait until the regular time . Then when arriving to the room there wasn't any towel available. ( we went to the store and bought towels) They brung us towel at midnight Other then that New York made up for the inconvenience This hotel is very close to a lot of tourists places I would give it a 3/5

Great staff. Very helpful.

Could have given some more amenities. No kettle or dryer or a even a water bottle/coffee
