The property is beautiful, and the staff were very pleasant. The cocktails and food at the restaurant, Siena, were great. We were disappointed that there was no rooftop bar. This amenity listed on the website was misleading; however, it is a beautiful space.

Ladies beware!! A few hours after my departure from this hotel, I received an email notification of permanently damaged linens which would equate to $100+ fee. After promptly requesting the evidence, I was sent images of UNWASHED towels, pillowcases and a robe— they reflected moderate makeup residue. After seeking the proof that the makeup could not be removed with machine wash, I was told by management that such images were not available. I travel extensively and have never experienced this type of hotel feedback or outrageous charges. Also, I have white linens at my home and the very same makeup residue is seamlessly removed with a single machine wash. This seems to be a tactic to overcharge patrons. By the way, they also attempted to charge me for the hotel receptionist transferred phone call to the onsite restaurant. I would think that if the hotel has unreasonable concerns about makeup on linens, etc., they would simply add brown face towels for makeup wearing patrons!

Bed comfort

Hotel was great. Restaurant on premises is especially good. Hotel includes breakfast with your stay, which was a real disappointment. They should either not offer it, or elevate it because right now it’s not befitting a hotel of this stature.

Walls were so thin! The person above me... clump, climp, clump. Trains all hours! The hotel has an 11pm quite policy, at midnight to 1.30am... rowdy guests up and down the hallway, maybe from the engagement party on the rooftop. Granted i did not call down to reception, but truly i should've have to, its such a small hotel, theres no way anyone on duty wouldn't and should automatically ask the guest to quietly go to their rooms! My daughter lives in Fairfield CT, i brought my son and his fiancé to town to visit. I have to be honest. Ill choose a different location next visit.

Very nice hotel in a busy area. The complimentary breakfast needs a lot of work. It was Holiday Inn style, not much there. That was disappointing. Also had to ask several employees where the hair dryer was until someone was able to tell me. It's very hidden, should be in a more obvious place. Otherwise very nice hotel.

Excellent hospitality, breakfast and wonderful dinner

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the western part of town. Very classy hotel with friendly staff and exceptional restaurant.

Having stayed in hotels all over the world, this hotels ranks at the top for cleanliness, amazing staff, peaceful oasis on the inside, aesthetically pleasing lobby, rooms, and rooftop deck, and ability to meet the needs of their guests. It is more than apparent that the staff and the designer listens to their guests needs and wants. It is a beautiful environment. The rooms are calming and meticulously clean. The amenities are luxurious. I cannot wait to find a reason to return.

The property was really nice, updated I had the king room which was very spacious. The hotel was very modern I would definitely be staying there again. Not to mention they had complimentary breakfast.

The bed was so comfortable! Shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were spa quality. Towels were so soft and absorbent! Looks like a Miami hotel!

Very clean hotel in Norwalk. Was impressed with their Zen makeup of the lobby and hallway. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Definitely made my stay perfect and would go back when I’m in the area.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed at a total of 5 hotels during our trip and the Watershed was the best overall. Only gripe was that I requested our room to be away from the elevator, only to get a room close to the ice machine, which is a bit loud if your a light sleeper. Lesson learned. Would definitely book again!

This hotel is gorgeous, clean and updated with a friendly, helpful staff. Free parking. Beautiful bathrooms. Even the hallways are beautiful. I would stay there anytime and every time.
