Pool was way too small, breakfast was ok but not great. Room was really small. Everything was clean and everyone was super friendly. Ok

Room smelled very bad , no hot water , house keeping barged in around 7:30

We were surprised with the complete kitchen. The room was spacious and clean. It was located in walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. The price was very affordable.

Nice staff, great location, steps away from the River Walk. However, the fire alarm rang multiple times throughout the night and the following day. We also found a bug on the mattress of the sofa bed. The parking website, hotel staff, and valet parking crew gave 3 different answers on the latest car pickup times. Overall, it was an okay stay but some parts were chaotic.

Some of the front desk staff were great. Others were cranky and not helpful. The housekeepers were very sweet and helpful. The actual property was not clean and the furnishings were worn out. Breakfast everyday was yummy, fresh, and had some good entree varieties.

Staff was great but the mirror fell when we were sleeping also the sofa bed did not fit correctly so I don’t sleep good

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, its central location made great for riverwalk.

Our checkin in was a breeze with friendly all around friendly staff, clean yet spacious rooms and the entire hotel smelled beautiful. We very much enjoyed their weekend early evening snack/drink hour in the breakfast area and how close the hotel was to everything! Originally stayed 2 nights on the 2nd floor suite but decided to add an extra night and got an amazing view but a bit smaller suite on the top floor corner. We highly recommend this stay for anyone. :)

Marriott overbooked their hotel and then sold our reservation to another company, so my wife and I had to walk ourselves and our luggage down the street into another (non-Marriott) hotel. To make matters worse, the valet systems at the two hotels were not compatible, so we had to valet from the Marriott hotel while staying at entirely different hotel.

Great location but there was NO parking unless valet or walk 2 blocks.

Breakfast was not good. It was hard to regulate the hot water in the shower. Rooms are too small.

i booked 1 month ahead for them to tell me same day of my trip that they overbooked the rooms ! they had to send me to another hotel .

The location is perfect

The property its nice, clean, complementary drinks (but no one told us when we checked in, we just saw the board. Room its nice, great size for a couple. Unfortunately, no hot water, til I found if you leave the water running by the bath sink, theeen you can have hot water (room 304). Water leak under the kitchen sink. And when I called front desk the lady, with not the best attitude said that maintaince leave at 6pm. I told I will leave my room at 6pm. She said she will send someone. And when we returned, they fix the leak. But still not hot water. But at least we found how to have hot water. The room smells weird. Like and old space. I don't now. But weird. But other then that, for the price we paid for one night I would recommended the hotel. Close to a lot of good places, night life.

Great location!

The only problem we had was the hot water. It took forever to get hot water to take a shower. We literally wait more than 20 minutes just for hot water to come out. Let the front desk know but was told the building was old.
