I had a comfortable stay while I was there. Staff's kindness and quick responses👍 This is a hotel I want to visit again.

하노이 출장시 애용하는 레지던스. 같은 가격의 호텔보다 넓고, 편안함. 단, 주위에 별로 이용할 식당이나 편의시설은 부족함. 그래도 출장시 지내기는 매우 좋음.

Big size with reasonable price. You can laundry by yourself and washig merchin including drier fuction that is so important in Hanoi because the weather is humid.

베트남의 호안끼엠 주변에 많은 숙소를 가봤는데, 이곳 호텔은 시내와 일정거리가 떨어져있고 주변에 편의시설 및 먹거리도 많아 휴식을 위해서 아주 좋은 장소라 생각됩니다. 추후 휴식을 위해 가족과 같이 가기에도 좋을 것 같아요. 직원들의 서비스도 좋고, 음식도 해 먹을수 있어 좋았어요.

We have stayed many times at Atlanta Residences. Excellent location for us to get around the city and see family. Room is great and laundry with dryer is a huge plus. Overall, been here about 10 times and will return.

旧市街の少し南側の昔ながらのまちなかです 周りは騒がしいですが便利で高い建物も少ないので開放感あります

Very good service from staff! Even helpong golf reservation. Good hints of near by restaurants. Nice shop in downstairs, open 24/7. Breakfast delivered to room, very tasty. I will be back!

Staff at this property are amenable and obliging but just cannot deliver basic services. I travel frequently in Vietnam and have never stayed at a property with Faulty Towers levels of ineptitude like the Atlanta Residences. Upon check-in my room had a broken window meaning the window could not close. Not good for rainy season in Hanoi with the mosquitos. They did change my room, but the new room still had hairs in bath and sink from either the cleaner or the previous guest. There were small baby roaches observed in the bathroom (not uncommon for the tropics but given their size) that means there is an infestation somewhere inside building. In the new room the staff didn’t know how to log into the internet (no instructions were given or in their notebook explaining the room). Staff logged my device onto the adjoining room meaning that coverage would drop if you were in the kitchen or bedroom. He said he would come back to fix but never did. 2 days into my stay staff got back to me as I responded to Hotels.com ‘How was your check-in’ survey. Breakfast was a constant muddle. Even though they have a paper to mark which items you want they could just not get the order right. Not once in 3 days. What’s worse is that when I needed to leave early for work, breakfast arrived 10 minutes late and when I wanted to sleep-in on my day off, they brought it 2 hours early. Note the breakfast is just them ordering from the local noodle place outside and not made in-house.

Good location. Great amenities. Bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable though. Also the adjacent beer garden plays very loud music in the evenings but it stops at 23:00

This was a great choice for me. I wanted a place with a gym and self service laundry and NOT smack in the middle of old quarter (but still in a convenient location) and Atlanta Residences was perfect for those things. Each apartment was quite spacious - I really like the big wrap around couch. Very easy to reach both Old Quarter and Tay Ho from this area. It wasn’t super modern but it was clean and comfy and the staff was great! Would stay here again.

大人数で泊まるにはとても良いホテルと感じました。 アメニティが十分に揃っていることに加え、コンビニがホテルに隣接している為、食料品や生活用品を調達するのに非常に便利でした。(尚、コンビニの店員さんはしっかりしているし、とても頑張っていました！) また、旧市街等の観光スポットへのアクセスも悪くなく、特に不満はありませんでした。 さらに、スタッフの方々は笑顔で柔軟に対応してくださったので、外国から来た人間としては安心して過ごすことができました！ 日々の高ストレス社会から抜け出し、友人達と楽しく過ごす時間に彩りを与えてくれる、そんなホテルでした。 またハノイに来る機会があれば、このホテルを選びたいと思います。

部屋が広く、洗濯機がついているので出張には最適です。

大変快適に25日間ﾊﾉｲに滞在できました。一階にはコンビニが併設され飲料、食料をいつでも買い物ができます。またスタッフも気軽にいつでも問い合わせることができます。

We checked in and the room was a different room that we had reservations for. They did not speak almost any english so they could not understand this and told us to wait until the next day to move us. (it was 9 pm). Then we discover the room was cover in small bugs. EVERYWHERE. The air conditioner doesn't work properly. Then the mattress was the worst ever. Complained about this, they changed the mattress at 9 am. But it was identical. The pillows were super small bags of old cotton balls. And they said they only had this kind. We had to move to another hotel that day or our vacation would be ruined. They agreed to give us our money back and only charge us for one night if we left before 12 (it was 11am). They did not want to give us a receipt or anything written down, and since they spoke no english it was impossible to do anything about it. (now we only have emails from the property manager as proof). It has been a month and we still haven't gotten our money back, the property manager, Tran Thanh Tu, keeps making excuses and sending emails to Agoda, when we keep explaining that we made the reservation via Hotels.com. I have called the hotels.com customer service, but it has not been solved yet, hopefully I will get my money back :S

An impressive team. Comfortable stay From our first arrival we felt at home The apartment was a haven from the bustling streets spacious and well equipped. The manager and ALL her staff helped us feel wecolme and cared for. I cannot fault anything We will try to return. Hopefully travellers that follow will be respectful and nice so things do not become spoilt.

スタッフ、設備、サービス、全てにおいて大変素晴らしい内容でした。 部屋はきれいで設備も新しく使いやすいので日本のマンションに住んでいる安心した気分でした。 赤ちゃん連れで滞在しましたが大変快適な滞在になりました。 テレビも日本のチャンネルが見れるので部屋でとてもくつろげます。 ボトルサーバーが部屋に設置してあったのが料理、飲み水、コーヒーのお湯等かなり便利で助かりました。 スタッフがとにかく気が利いて素晴らしい。 またハノイに行く時は使いたい場所になりました。

スタッフの方がとても親切で、おかげさまで大変快適に過ごせました。

周囲にスーパーもあり、長期滞在するには便利です。仕事先へ行くのにも便利でした。隣の飲食店が夜騒がしいので、部屋によっては気になるかもしれません。周囲にレストランもあり、自炊されなくても良い位です。 短所は銀行が少し遠い点、朝食は普通です。

常宿です。いつもありがとうございます❗ただし、日本のチャンネルは２チャンネルしかないので、チャンネルを増やして欲しいです。
