저렴한 가격이지만 아침식사는 조금 더 관리가 필요합니다

직원이 너무 불친절하네요 직원을 바꾸지 않으면 빨리 문닫아야할거 같네요 위치도 시내와 너무 멀어서 불편하고 택시가 요금을 올리기위해 빙빙돌기 좋아요 조심하세요 아침식사는 빵두조각에 햄과 소세지뿐 여기가무슨 별3개인지 이해가 안됨

장점 : 조용한 편이고 전체적으로 건물이 덥지 않고 엘리베이터 이용이 편한다. 하지만 실내는 좀 너무 어둡고 제일작은 방이나 저층은 하수도냄새가 올라온다. 막아야할 필요가 있다. 조식은 그냥 그런데로 먹을만 하다.

단점 1. 객실내에서 인터넷 잘안됨 (노트북 화상,음성통화 불가능) 1층로비는 그나마 괜찮음 2.실내에서 습기냄새가남 (곰팡이 냄새) 3. 슈페리어룸이 생각보다 작음(한사람 다니는 통로정도) 4. 침대는 싱글 두개를 붙인 킹사이즈 침대 5. 시끄러운 에어컨소리 내방걸 꺼도 다른방 에어컨소리가 들림 6. 아침 조식은 기대하지 말것 배고픔을 면하는 수준 장점 1. 바로옆에 24시간 편의점이 있음 2. 택시로 5분거리안에 밴탄과 사이공 스웨어 SHIP(선상식사), SKY DECK 있음 모두 5만동(한국돈 2500원)이내의 거리임 참고사항 꼭(MUST HAVE) VINASUN 이용할것 난 깨끗한 택시탔다가 3만동요금거리에서 갑자가 295천동으로 요금이 바뀌는 택시를 탔다가 호텔앞에서 문 안열어줘 고생했음 택시 트렁크에 짐을 실어서 5달로주고 보냈음 2번당함 처음베트남 왔을때는 50만동 달라고 해서 그냥 줬음 ㅋㅋ3. 호텔이 나무로 지어줘 전체적으로 빛에 우리지 않아서 저녁에 1-2시간만 에어컨켰다가 끄고 잘수 있음

Sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig in 15 bis 30 min zu erreichen. Zentral aber in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße gelegen.

room is a bit small as mentioned but well arranged. Shower is great. Good service from the desk staff with helping to reccomand places, providing a city map helping book a taxi and etc...

Nice and quiet but still within walking distance to all the night life. Staff are all lovely - we liked the hotel so much we extended our stay twice. Only one complaint - the WiFi is slow and unreliable.

got lied to about changing dates and was forced to pay after I paid Expedia. Expedia told me every thing was taken care of and after I arrived I found I was lied to by Expedia..

ホテルの紹介欄に「２４時間空港送迎」記載されていたので、それを見て予約しましたが、出発前にメールで予約すると「一杯で席がない。」との事でタクシーを使いました。帰路の送迎についてはフロントでお願いしたが「送迎はないのでタクシーで行ってください。」と言われてタクシーで空港へ行きました。スタッフの対応などは良かったのです。

Wir übernachten immer im Empress Hotel. Man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

My stay at the Empress Hotel was really good. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were informative of where to find places and made my stay very relaxing. My bedroom and ensuite were lovely and had everything I could possibly need. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming and the meal was perfect. On my last day there was a huge downpour and I got extremely wet on my way back for my luggage, Although I had checked out at noon, the staff let me use a small cloakroom to change out of my very wet clothes before leaving for the airport and my flight home to New Zealand. I can thoroughly recommend the Empress Hotel and will certainly be staying there again when I return to Vietnam in the New Year.

This place is way overpriced for their services and room type. U can get much better place for your money. The staff seems never happy. Why would u be this industry when u can never smile in front of your guest. We r paying them money not like asking for a free stay. And they absolutely not helpful. The breakfast choices are limited. And if u ever give them any negatives comments, they will not happy. I was giving my honest opinion about my check in experience and I got questions by the front desk the next morning as I was walking out. Not with the possitive attitude, more like questioning why I gave them a bad review. Absolute horrible. I will not recommend this place for my family and friends . I should of read other ppl reviews before I booked, no wonder this place looks dead all the time.

Poor customer services, poor room services, lift not functioning properly. Got to pay 1 million vnd as deposit. I book a room for 2 persons but was told it was meant for 1 person; thus I had to pay extra 150,000 vnd for 2nd person per day; 3 days stay cost me extra 450,000 vnd....absurd ! Will not book this hotel again.

The condition of the hotel room was good.
